Well, I've learned from my military experience, never leave your mate behind, so I keep on sending motivational letters and tips, and I'm pretty sure they will see that if they keep receiving these tips and letters. This business might be serious to try out. You see in most cases, people just join to see what it is about, and then let it settle. But if they get regular updating letters, they might change their minds continuing and participate in full. So just keep going and teach them to do what you

Do not waste time on CSAs who are not motivated to be successful. Rather devote your time helping those affiliates who are workers/movers to ensure that your have good business foundation. Let them go if they are way below the needed VP (red line) and have not logged-in to SFI for a week. They already lost an opportunity to be successful and you don't want to be dragged with their non-productivity :)
