Money is not what you need to succeed!
An affiliate starting at SFI needs an OPEN MIND to succeed in this business.
He needs to TAKE RISK, not just invest his TIME and MONEY!
He needs to be BOLD with the limited resources (money) that he has; that the RISK he is willingly to take will YIELD to hundred folds.
But this doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and guidance from his upline. And this is where our sponsors come in to ensure affiliates succeed with what little money they have invest. Investing money is just a part of it. SFI business is a whole new game that we all need to understand and master with OPENNESS and BOLDNESS.

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Do not waste time on CSAs who are not motivated to be successful. Rather devote your time helping those affiliates who are workers/movers to ensure that your have good business foundation. Let them go if they are way below the needed VP (red line) and have not logged-in to SFI for a week. They already lost an opportunity to be successful and you don't want to be dragged with their non-productivity :)
