1. One must be prepared by making sure he/she has a good knowledge of how to make money through SFI because people want to know that you are a living testimony of the business to believe you.
2. You must be able to tell your listeners what they stand to gain as an SFI AFFILIATE. You must be able to tell them how SFI business can be able to fill there needs because that's why they want to start the business. What can they benefit from the business?
3. You must be able to answer questions to there understanding. That's why you must understand the business before venturing on organizing any form of seminar to recruit new SFI affiliates.

I have only one advise to give on that matter: Follow yourself as much as possible seminars ,learn from the good and bad,depending of the number of seminars you follow up, you should be ready in about 6 months.You better not organize seminars if you do not feel ready for it ! Wait and get self confidence ,bad organized seminars will bring you more harm then good.

It takes time to feel comfortable with speaking in webinars, rest assured. The important thing is how you recover from mistakes and how you react to some people shenanigans. Be sure to have some sort of outline in front of you so that you can keep some sort of flow going. Act natural, no one wants to see a person that is a robot and reads word for word text. Smile. Throw a tasteful joke or two in to keep the webinar lighter. Figure out what you call to action is; here is my product, here is the price. If you are selling something on a webinar, be up from that there will be a product at the end to not lead people astray. HAVE FUN!
The organization of the webinar regarding receiving new affiliates would be like so...ask yourself these questions. What do I enjoy about SFI? Why is joining SFI an advantage? What can I learn from SFI? Is it hard? Can you make money? How long does it take to be successful? Once you have those questions answered, many more should start to flow. I think organizing seminars for affiliates is a good idea. In that way, new affiliates will be trained well and will fully understand the nature of the business. Some great preparation are also needed, like the venue, the campaign needed to persuade more participants to join, and the inputs and training modules needed. It would surely produce a great number of incoming affiliates.

I would do a PowerPoint presentation to show all the pros & cons that are associated with the SFI Website, which would in turn allow prospective Affiliates to see what they would gain from being a part of the SFI Family.
I am sure you have noticed that the same people get the most votes for answering Ask SC questions. It would seem to indicate that they are the wisest, most advanced affiliates in SFI. Are they? Or are they just persistent in spending time each day answering every question that appears? Are these the gurus who have spent years learning what to do and what not to do? That could certainly account for the wisdom in their answers. However, it is usually wisdom that is received by "thinking outside the box!" For instance, many are new to Internet Marketing and home based business. So, the first thing everyone needs to know is how to produce the "traffic which is a must to a successful business." SFI is obviously a sound company and produces many high income affiliates. But it takes more time and money than some are willing to devote to their business. Above all, it takes time to separate unto the team committed individuals who are in for the long haul. High quality affiliates are drawn to businesses that show promise.
