Only one answer. The badge is a proof. It is very useful to encourage your affiliate that they also can do that as you do that.

I let the badges speak for themselves. In other words you don't need to talk about them all the time to your downline. They will see your badges and they will find out how easy or hard it is to receive the same rewards. Then they will respect what you have earned.

I use the badges as some of my stepping stones to the top - acquiring the badges are goals that have been met and I am proud to have earned them. even after acquiring one like the top 10 in class - My goal is to get to

Anything he would tell me to do I will do it because he has been there and done it.
That is all I need to say on this one. Fellow what he tells us to do and you will make it trust in what he tells us to do as a group.

When affiliates see your badges, they know that you are a genuine affiliate and they will follow you. They are very important. So the more you get and the more VP you earn, the more your affiliates will respect you for doing honest work. This gives them an incentive to do the same.

Badges can be conversation starters. If you mention a badge, such as "You will notice I am an E365 Finalist and a Fast Tracker from my list of badges," many will ask "What do those badges mean?" This allows you to divulge a little more information. It also shows you have taken the time not only to become knowledgeable about what you are presenting to them but have also put in the work to obtain special recognition. This works for gaining SFI members, ECA members, and TC shoppers.

Thanks for such an eye opener. It is true that the more badges you have it becomes more of an inspiration to your downline and creates more trust for others who want to have dealings with you. It's truly awesome when your achievements are for everyone to see.

Badges are the best way to show your position and work. Just like a person gets a badge on his/her achievement so other persons can know what is the rank of the person having which badge, I am also very conscious about badges. If I lose any of my badges I try to get it back and also trying to get more badges, so it can motivate my downline. Also it shows them what a hard worker their sponsor is. It's really encouraging them all.

When others see my badges they can see that I have been doing all I can to succeed with SFI and that its not out of their reach to do the same. We should all be proud of our badges and display them on as many sites as possible. That's where our a2a comes in. Use it in traffic exchanges. Then everyone who surfs the exchange will see it.

Using your badges comes down to your PSA or CSA understanding of what they are and why you received them.

Communicate in detail with your downline and help them to not only understand and appreciate the work and time you had to invest to receive your badges...but more importantly teach them how to get their own badges.

Badges all new members can get easily:

1- Fast Track - is the first goal...It sets the stage and tone for all additional badges and growth.

2-

The important thing is to lead by example. Duplication is the key to success in this business. My badges are to inspire my team to achieve the same results.
