This a very very interesting question indeed.
See, When it comes to support, help or guiding my team members, I don't differentiate them depending on their rank.
But generally, some limitations are already defined for different ranks Like You can't transfer Tcredits to your 2nd Gen PSAs.
You can't mail them either.
So, except these things, when it comes to help and givng tips to my team members, I don't see there rank, I help them fully and share my success tips of till now, with

Absolutely not. I will never ever differentiate my level of sponsoring to all my affiliate. Even i encourage more and more to whoever not active. And i gradually sent team mail to encourage all. And i always list their name in the team mail, for whoever win a prize, reach next level, or even whoever whose account will be inactivated soon. As a leader, we can grow because all of our affiliate, whoever or what level they are. Thats leadeship means, according to me.

I do not differentiate my affiliates depending on their rank as far as communication is concerned. I try to help each one. However, I try to encourage with incentives those who do make an effort to reach higher levels by offering free co-op shares. My offers, however, are given in my welcome letter to affiliates. anyone who asks may receive co-op shares, TCredits or gift certificates, and I do give a gift certificate to affiliates who would not otherwise make EA status, if that person uses them.

Every member of a team is very important and none is more important than another. I will, without discrimination of position, help all my affiliates because the success of one is my success.

I treat equal my team members. This is what team player should do and the leader too. The only difference I make is: people who work and people who don't want to work. I try to give my hand to every one, but as I often say "You can't save people who don't want to be saved".
Your 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation generates VP to you so you should help every one of your team who needs your help. It's a blessing if someone wants to know more and I'm happy my team is small, but active. That's

Great question!

And my answer is: Absolutely!

I will definitely differentiate the level of support provided to team members based on their rank. Different ranks indicate different levels of knowledge and experience, and the support provided needs to take those factors into account.

A experienced BTL who needs help, for example, should get a different type of response to a question than a brand new Affiliate who asks a similar question. In this example, the BTL's

One might ask, How would I feel if I thought I was being neglected because of my rank? My whole downline needs support, that's how to grow a strong business. You never know who will respond to postive direction and encouragement. Sometimes it's the weakest that become the strongest.
So I would say, no I don't differentiate my level of support.

This is an interesting question and thank you for your contribution to the SFI network, sir. First of all, you want to appreciate rhe efforts of all of your affiliates. They trust your judgement and a kudos well deserved goes a long ways. Notwithstanding, it is more imporfant to differentiate between the incentives than the priority.

I answer mail on a first come first serve basis only. An EA with a question deserves my full attention just as much as an BTL. Though I reward effort

Yes and no. I watch my genealogy reports and movers page to see who's really putting the effort forth. I always give extra support to anyone who asks for it, but without request, I award PSA reassignments to my PSA's who are really putting forth the effort and I want to reward them for their efforts.

All PSA's deserve support, but always try to go above and beyond for those who are working hard at it!

For me, i won't! Why? Ok, all of them started earning from 0VPs from the day they became SFI Affiliates. I think the best way to do this is provide same support for all your members of your Team. You may help some of them more depending on how serious they are. You can notice this from your MOVERS Tab. It will be easy to make one who is nearly an EA make EA than helping one that is very far from it.
