I do not differentiate my level of support according to the rank of my downlines. All are equally important for me.But i must differentiate my support and guidance according to their needs and requirements.I also watch if they are regular on their Homepage or not,Because I want to work with the workers and movers.

Sharing a common goal, vision, agenda should be the priority of the Team Leader as this is what will contribute to the forward moving flow of the SFI business venture and contribute significantly to its success.
The negative element of trying to differentiate your level of support depending on rank should be clearly and strictly discouraged in order for a team to stay as solid as possible.
Encouraging all helps them to be more proactive and forthcoming with ideas and work ethics which

As per my point of view i will "NEVER"

Just think if the 3rd level person is asking for help and you think "He is of 3rd level why should i help him? "
But have you think that if you help him and he will become good affiliate and will get good PSA under him then?
There will be bundle of benefits from him to you.

Lets say if you are team leader then you will get Matching VP from him.
If you are weak in getting PSA but he might strong in getting

For me , each and every member of my team is equally important, irrespective of there rank and level.

Requirement's of every member may differ and I try to solve them accordingly. I try and even do treat my every team member's as i treat with my kid's. Every person have some good qualities and some weakness. I always try and encourage them to focus in there strength's.

Gradually , i help them from overcoming there weakness, and i have seen some very mediocre person becoming

When I speak in terms of of support, I think outside the box. The people that have taken the time to request me on Skype can testify. I do not think of terms of who is my genealogy, but rather who needs help? All of my studying SFI hard has paid off. One day it just clicks, and when that day happens? Smiles and high fives all around!

Be like God. Treat all equal. I believe the un active down lines needs more of your support. And even does doing well in your team still need to be encouraged to do more. So please keep on supporting your team daily and treat to give time to every one.

Most people choose to reward the ones who have higher ranks. Personally I feel that those having a slow time getting started may be the ones who need you the most. After all if you have ever deaf the tortoise and the hair it teaches that slow and steady wins the race. Those who are cautious and not too impulsive are most likely to stick it out with the right encouragement.

This is a question that I think is essential in monitoring the affiliates. Was much more likely to encourage hard working group showing them strategies that work. This is also what was recommended by SFI. We need to work with workers. In my case I initially put them on the same footing. And during the first month in this business, some manage to get out, I pays attention to them without neglecting those who hang a bit not. As in, I try to make an overall assessment so I can make a balance between

I sincerely will differentiate after some time. This is because some of our members here do not visit their SFI after they register. They soon see its not quick money and leave. I encourage those that would be significant for me after I have scrutinized them individually.....Merry Christmas.

Yes, because each downline has different needs. By differentiating I am not discriminating because of their rank.

For example, a downline who has attained the rank of Executive Affiliate would want to know how to maintain his rank. I would then suggest putting a standing order if funds will allow, or I would give TCredits to help with buying items from TripleClicks or participating in Pricebender auctions. The I would recommend reviewing the SFI Basics, especially the three ultra simple
