I have started to give every Team Member that achieved EA Status 10 TC Credits.
The response is very good and you show your Team that you care and are willing to help and reward them. I hope this helps.
Cheers Evie

I have set up contests for my team and so far I haven't checked to see who is responsive, but I set them for the 31st of December, so I can let you know then. It's a referrals contest and so far, many of my affiliates are doing well.

They seems to respond east to competition involving recruiting new affiliates and a gift certificate as a reward for the winner.

I personally do not know, however, I would imagine points as much as 100-200 VP's, a gift certificate of $50 and up, or a load of TCredits, since these things drive our business.

I would also, add that it really depend on the individual, because we can not truly determine what will motive someone to take action that will benefit them eventually. I can atest that some of you did not have to nor need to be motivated by anyone before you did what you felt was necessary for your business

Leslie:

Contests are good if affiliates compete from a level playing field. Otherwise, losing can have a negative effect upon those who lose. The contest should be designed to give the participants equal chances to win. Competing on VPoints earned could favor someone that has more money to spend. A contest might be set to see who can be the most successful bidder on 250 TCredits limiting the bidding to 10 registered contestants each limited to 100 TCredits. That would reward the one who

Any contest may work, depending on your group. If most of your people never log in, then design your contest to benefit your EA2's and above, those who continue logging in. All of them need new sign-ups to grow and earn commissions.

Maybe you could run a preliminary contest to determine potential interest in contest participation, awarding TCredits to all who respond. When you've collected the preliminary information, then you can set up a contest designed around their responses.

The most active contest that I had for my PSA's was three fold.
The first was to give 2 T-credits to every PSA who responded to my email with a question or comment about SFI. This helps keeps people active even if they aren't far enough along in their business to win the overall contest.
The second was I gave 10 T-credits to every affiliate who achieved EA status during the month. Be sure to do this as quickly as possible to the actual event. This will reinforce their success.

I have had numerous contests and the one that seems to work the best is to
reward becoming an Executive Affiliate with 20 TCredits and PSA downline members.
The number of TCredits rewarded depends upon how many VP above 1500 the
affiliate earns, but the EA will receive at least 20 TCredits. The number of
PSA downline members will depend also on how many VP the affiliate accumulates.

I also give out free eBooks to everyone at least once a year in order to
reward

Nice Question and even after seeing your question, I'm thinking off to conduct a contest to my teammates which I've never done...

Recently I've seen a contest mail from my Sponsor, telling that he will be assigning some PSA if they are achieving the EA... Which was really encouraging...

So I think, rather keeping all the PSA and Affiliates with us, we can think off reassigning some of them to our team mates so that they can effectively maintain some of them under their team....
