Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

I tried doing every kind of advertising on Facebook for SFI & one other network and there has not been any success. Facebook has blocked these links even if you cloak it (I tried). I would not waste my time with Facebook advertising for SFI, or anything for that matter, because if it's not blocked, its overpriced. Instead, I created a page for my network and they can't block that. You can still get "likes" and you can put more info on the page than you can fit in the sponsored advertising

I have advertised on Facebook for about 3 weeks and targeted about 30,000 people and spent about $68.00 but not much success, most folks on FB are just surfing for the jokes and friends posts, you can post all day for free but you have to be on facebook all day to do it, more of a waste of time, I was into face book for hours a day, then i realized if i can waste my time on FB I would rather spend that time online learning to make money instead, A Real Good Example Of That Is I'm with SFI learning

Though I haven't tried the same but seriously reading all the matter related with the same. It's a good idea but you have to keep a lot of patience and also how far you can wait for a good result. You also have to weigh how much you are spending and how much in lieu of you will get the benefit. The old maxim" look before you leap" applies hear. Thanks.

Yes, I tried the facebook advertising. I received a free coupon for $50.00 and used that coupon. Before advertising on Facebook, I made a second business page so that those joining will see that page. The page I used was for Triple Clicks items. Ninety people joined this Facebook page, but none of them purchased from TC after joining the page.

I believe all marketing is great on social networking sites due to the vast number of members; but with FB you have to be creative to get the attention of the members. Let's face it most of the members are there to share their "personal life". I suggest joining the entrepreneur/businesses pages where they allow members to post their ads (quite of few of such pages available to you free of any cost).

I have tried FB advertising for several opportunities and yes it does work but it is important you have a fanpage to direct your advertising to. FB much prefers if you keep traffic on FB so having a fanpage does this for you. You can have more than one fanpage so you can set one up especially for SFI and have lots of information there for people. FB gives you the name of your fans so you can always message them about SFI and Tripleclicks etc. Hope that helps.

I did paid Facebook ads before. It works but you have to be very persistent as with any other ads medium. The good thing about Facebook paid ads is it's very targeted--from age, income, work, hobbies, geo targeting--and you choose how much you want to spend on a daily basis. You should try it. Just don't start with too much at first.

Paid advertising on Facebook does not work for me, I tried but even the links were blocked. I later opened my page on the fun post and posted my SFI Ads, and it went successfully.
