Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

I have tried FB advertising for several opportunities and yes it does work but it is important you have a fanpage to direct your advertising to. FB much prefers if you keep traffic on FB so having a fanpage does this for you. You can have more than one fanpage so you can set one up especially for SFI and have lots of information there for people. FB gives you the name of your fans so you can always message them about SFI and Tripleclicks etc. Hope that helps.

A lot of people join SFI and then do nothing. I feel terribly disappointed when I see people that I respect join and back off after a while. I think in my opinion they all wanted to start hearing or receiving big money immediately. Some even sign up and never visit the site again. I have many of such. But what I do is send them regular attractive and encouraging mails. For the ones that are close to your location, you can call them up on phone or meet with them to discuss.
