I rate myself 5 over 5. I believe in motivating and growing by team gradually. SFI is a sustainable business and there is no need to rush, I do it at my own pace and I also pass the message across to my PSAs.

This question involves a lot of self inventory and honesty and therefore I would like to thank everyone for their participation.I personally don´t rate myself a five as a sponsor, a four yes. I have still lots to learn about SFI and I don´t have all the answers, but I communicate with my team and try to inspire them with the knowledge
I have and I believe they would agree to that.

I don't like to rate myself. I leave that to my PSA's based on what I try to do for them. We can see how SFI determines who the TOP SPONSORS are based on the ratings of PSA and CSA's and Leadership. https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/Sponsors Basically you lead by example and show others what you've done to achieve long-term success. Never even let an inquiry go unanswered and provide them with a path to duplicate your own success.

At the scale of one to five I would rate myself 4. As a sponsor you should be able to communicate effectively with your PSAs. Motivate your PSAs by commending their efforts.
Also encourage your PSAs to put more effort. My PSAs will also agree with my rating.

I would rate myself quite high but would not have to exaggerate my performance here. This is because like my PSAs I am still in the learning process. However, my PSAs will rate me better than I would rate myself because of the following:
a. I am doing very well in SFI won $50 today....and Daily Grand Winner.
b. Among the first 200 with the highest VPs in October.
c. Communicate with my PSAs regularly.
d. Train them on how to increase their sales and VPs.
e. Encourage them

I see me as an interactive and beneficent sponsor.

I send greetings to all referrals, but REALLY amp comments up when I see initiative.

I repeatedly offer help--I WANT to hear from my people.

When I am able, I send out gift certificates. Sometimes people want to do for themselves but do not have the means. A $5 gift can mean more than 200 VPs, which can make a difference.

I check on my "movers" and send timely warnings, comments, and advice.

I would rate myself as 5 stars or excellent. And I am sure that my PSAs would agree with me. Why? Because I never stop encouraging and sending them the guidelines and methods of how to become effective affiliates. I am very positive with my ideas that what others have achieved, we can also make it. I believe in the saying "IF YOU STOP WORKING WITH SFI, MONEY WILL ALSO STOP." Though I earned just a few dollars monthly, it's alright because that amount also deserves my effort. And as I
