To maintain your BTL Rank, here are where you can get the 3000 VP required:

1. CONSTANT VP

i. 2000 VP TC Sales/Purchase
ii. 500 VP Auction per bid
iii. 330/341 VP Daily Actions for 30/31-day month
iv. 120 VP Mailer
v. 20 VP TConnect
vi. 12 VP Stream Posts
vii. 10 VP Rate Sponsor/SFI

That’s a total 2992/3003 VP possible each month not counting the variable items below, and without help from downline. So you qualify as a BTL for a 31-day month but will NEED ONLY 9 VP from the list below to become a BTL in a 30-day month. This can easily be covered by 1 product review.

2. VARIABLE VP

These variable VP earners are the ticket to STL and above. Note that some of these are activity VP that require no action from the downline and some are awarded only if that downline is suitably active.

i. 100 VP for each referred new ECA
ii. 100 VP for your answer having the most thumbs-up votes in a Ask SC question.
iii. 25 VP for each product review, unlimited, except only 10 ebooks per month may be reviewed.
iv. Up to 200 VP from the Daily Grand Draw.
v. 2 VP per enrollee if you are in the Top 20 enrollers for that day (S-Builders enrollees not included in the count)
vi. 100 VP For each personally referred EA2 (unlimited)
vii. 150 VP for each BTL personally referred (unlimited)
viii. 200 VP for each STL personally referred (unlimited)
xi. 250 VP for each GTL personally referred (unlimited)
x. 300 VP for each PTL personally referred (unlimited)

Bronze Team Leader is an accomplishment so congratulations. You need not worry about making milestones as much as you should focus on team leadership and support. You will find that if you support your team they will support you. So as a team leader this should be your central focus. Although, it's nice to have 10 EAs who are committed to their SFI business remember that having a mix is always better than having everything riding on those versa points. For example, I've seen a STL & a GTL just quit. No real explanation given other than they just felt like SFI was a waste of their time. For them it probably was.

There are so many ways to maintain your BTL.However your PSA's can hugely contribute to this if you have a lot them that are Team Leaders themselves and requalifying their positions monthly.100VP for EA2,150VP for BTL,200 for STL etc.
If you dont have such a downline,I will personally suggest you place a standing order of 100TCredits to earn 1200VP.Get an extra 20Tcredits at only $9.20 to earn an additional 363VP.
As a BTL,you earn free 12TCredits monthly and also through Wave3.So you now have 132TCredits in total.Bid on the Pricebenders Auctions to earn 132VP and 660MRP(5MRP earned per bid).You can now re-order at least 5 single TCredit at 120MRP's each,that is 600MRP which will earn you 510VP.
Now (1200+363+510)VP=2073,so you've already passed the 2000VP Team Leadership qualifying points from TC sales and purchases.
Logging in everyday and doing your daily To-do lists earns you at least 495 FREE VP.Get 10 ebooks as cheap as $1.00(or with Tcredits and MRP) and review them after 7 days for 250VP in total(25VP per review).
Your VP tally now for BTL Qualification is (2000+495+250)VP=2745. The extra 255 points could easily be earned from EA2 qualifying from their positions,reassigning PSA's with at least 600VP in the last 90 days to your other Team members(5VP each),from the Daily Grand draw,being Top 20 Enroller,Pricebenders Auctions(up to 500points)and also Ask SC popular/second most popular answer.

Congratulations on achieving BTL - its great milestone and well worth striving to maintain. Obviously the best way to maintain BTL is to have active PSAs who achieve EA2 status or higher each month as this will give you extra VP so work with your active PSAs and continue to encourage them to strive to build their business.

While you are building your team ensure you purchase TCredits to bid in the pricebender auctions as you will receive 1 VP for each bid to a maximum of 500/month. Also you can purchase products at tripleclicks including some very inexpensive ebooks which you can then do products reviews on - you get 25VP for each review.

If you have the time or money to invest in an advertising campaign, maybe do a massive one early in the month. If you are in the top ten sponsors on any day you will receive extra VP for that as well and the extra bonus is you will bring in lots of new affiliates some of whom may just be your 'stars' for the future.

These are some of the ways I maintain BTL - and don't forget, once your commission reaches $20 you are eligible for the Payoneer mastercard giving you an extra 500VP when you order it.

I have been a Bronze Team leader since June of this year and the way that I have been able to maintain my BTL status is that I have a Standing Order for TCredits that gets me over 2800VP every month. I bundled a 200Tcredit purchase and a 100Tcredit purchase together as my Standing Order. The reason for the Tcredits in the first place is because if you use them at the PriceBenders Auction, you get VP points as well for each Tcredit you use to bid with, up to 500VP in a given month. So you see Tcredits you are able to get VP points for them twice if you use them in the auction and I do so every month. Also, when you make general purchases from TripleClicks you get a message which is a rate/review of the product you purchased. This is worth 25VP to you for each rate/review you fill out and this is also why I make additional purchases of the digital ebooks that they sell at TripleClicks. Some of these ebooks are only $1.00 so I purchase at least 10 of these a month, that's an additional 250VP for the rate/review of these 10 additional products that I purchased. With having done this, I simply log in everyday and do my To Do List and and by the end of the month I usually have a little over the 3000VP that is needed to maintain my BTL status. Its a method that I had to learn because I didn't want to ever lose my BTL status once I got it. So you will spend a little money in order to maintain this status but you will get it all back and some once you have your team set in place.

Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

1.Just do the following free moves:
Maintain or have your Standing Order in place always. That's 1500 VPs.
Do the "To Do list" = 330 VPs per month for a 30 day- month, or 341 VPs for a 31-day month
Send Group support messages 120 VPs per month.
Give Stream posts equals 12 VPs per month @ 3 posts per week.
Rate your Sponsor equals 10VPs per month.
If you support a PSA, you'll get 100, 150,200, 250, or 300 VPS in becoming EA, BTL, STL, GTL or PTL accordingly. This of course will happen as soon as you've gathered enough PSAs.
Some SFI Basics pages also will give you points. Better go through them so you gather more VPs.
2. Now you can add whatever VPs you need through purchase. Remember though that as stated only 2000 VPs from purchases are counted towards the Team Leader position.
From my experience, I preferred buying TCredits(TC)s because you Earn VPs upon purchase. Then if you use this to Bid you'll Earn VPs too, a TC per Bid is equal to a VP. On top of that, 1 Bid is equal to 5 Member Rewards Points(MRP)s. In the process you gather MRPs which can be used to purchase items from TripleClicks, just like using it as money. So what you use to Bid comes back to you but the equivalence is smaller. Just think that you've already thrown it away when you bid but it still can be helpful in a way.
3. Sell TripleClicks items and you're on your way to lots of VPs.

First of all congrats for having achieved that TL status. Secondly consider that the party is over and all that hapenned before is history that is for or against you. Always strive to making better what is for you and learn from what is against you. Facts on the ground, number 1 is you must be having at least a Standing Instruction for S-Builder Co-op to ensure you continue to get a flow of affiliates signing up under you. Number two is to also keep a certain number of TCredits to bid for and acquire as many Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA)as possible. Number 3 consider joining IAHBE and Wave3 programs to get access to tools that you will need to boost your presence here. Number 4 consider intensifying your advertising campaign outside SFI to get more affiliates to boost you.Lastly periodic routines eg daily, weekly and monthly tasks should see you through.

SFI makes it easy because your affiliate links are hard coded so that when you login at Triple Clicks your links will be in all the products, so basically no matter where you're at, Triple Clicks is YOU STORE.

If you've ever sold anything before, you know that selling is more about relationship building than pushing products, so just go out there and start making friends and share what you've been given.
