Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

Congratulations on achieving BTL - its great milestone and well worth striving to maintain. Obviously the best way to maintain BTL is to have active PSAs who achieve EA2 status or higher each month as this will give you extra VP so work with your active PSAs and continue to encourage them to strive to build their business.
While you are building your team ensure you purchase TCredits to bid in the pricebender auctions as you will receive 1 VP for each bid to a maximum of 500/month. Also you can purchase products at tripleclicks including some very inexpensive ebooks which you can then do products reviews on - you get 25VP for each review.
If you have the time or money to invest in an advertising campaign, maybe do a massive one early in the month. If you are in the top ten sponsors on any day you will receive extra VP for that as well and the extra bonus is you will bring in lots of new affiliates some of whom may just be your 'stars' for the future.
These are some of the ways I maintain BTL - and don't forget, once your commission reaches $20 you are eligible for the Payoneer mastercard giving you an extra 500VP when you order it.

When communicating with my downline, is it best to use the SFI email utility or my own email? What is the most effective?

I always use the SFI team mail to send out my weekly messages however I do include my personal email address in all my correspondence so my team members can email me directly if they wish.

When deciding to invest in your SFI business, remember this is a long term investment and will not yield massive returns instantly. Basically its an investment in your future wealth.
I start with a small investment with a paid advertiser, say $20-$30, and then evaluate the results. Am I getting signups, are they quality signups who want to build a business or just people looking for a get-rich-quick scheme. If the advertiser is providing good results I would then continue to advertise with them until the number or quality of signups drops. Then I would move onto the next advertiser, testing results and then investing accordingly. No-one can really tell you how much to invest as everyone's budget and circumstances are different.
Just test small, evaluate results and then ramp it up if you are getting good results and can afford it.

Why is it important that SFI affiliates shop at TripleClicks?

Quite simply, buying and selling Tripleclicks products is the only way any of us will make any income from SFI.
If no products are purchased then there is no money in the Executive Pool to share around for all EAs and above.
There is no business in the world where you don't need to invest a little money to reap the financial rewards.
And having a standing order with Tripleclicks of at least 1500VP each month guarantees you EA status and a share of the Executive Pool.
I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

Share your own advertising successes with your downline. Let them know what you are doing and what is working. ie: "I just wanted to let you know that I'm have a lot of success advertising SFI at xxxx. If you'd also like to increase your team you might like to give it a try".
You can also start your own advertising co-op and let your team know they are welcome to be part of it. It could be a paid participation or you could offer to put them in the co-op at your expense if they reach a certain milestone ie. EA or BTL. Of course, this depends on your personal advertising budget or time.
Also ask them to share their advertising successes or frustrations with you so you help out if needed. You may not get many responses, but you'll know that those who do respond are serious about building their business.

How can I get people interested in buying from TripleClicks when there are so many other options to buy online?

You need to think of Tripleclicks as another huge online store like Amazon and then promote it accordingly just as you would if you were an affiliate for Amazon. I think sometimes people forget this is an affiliate business with the added benefit of MLM. I'm sure you'll find that successfully promoting and selling Tripleclicks products will yield a higher commission than being an affiliate with Amazon.
Find some products in Tripleclicks that you like, write some awesome reviews and then promote them to generate sales. Look for special deals, unique items, pricebender auctions etc. You could even build a review site around a range of products like the health products or environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Sometimes its just a case of thinking outside the box. Hope this has been helpful. :)

I would say that a positive attitude is essential. You need to approach what you are striving for with consistency and persistency. Never give up! When things get difficult or you're not seeing any results, go back to basics or try a slightly different tactic. Big businesses are never built in a day, they take time and most importantly consistent effort. Just keep 'showing up' and doing at least the basics, and eventually you will be rewarded.
