Decide where you want to be next week, next month and next year then break each task into smaller achievable parts.

In my opinion, there is really no activity that is the most important. In other words, all activities you do in SFI daily are very important. Keep sponsoring, referring, learning, gaining points in all activities, duplicating. Stay in touch with your team. Answer their questions and keep encouraging them, particularly those who prove to be potential leaders. You will know them by looking at your Movers area and your Genealogy. Keep communicating via your Stream Area and your Geneology and support them wherever possible. And always acknowledge good work, even that which seems so small.

In my experience, the most important daily activity is to check your movers and promote tripleclicks. Your mover is of course will help keeps your business successful, but don't forget the whole entire organization successful business is the tripleclicks store. The store is what keeps the business going. If the business is successful then everyones successful. "if you own a store and hire 6 salesman employees" Your going to trian them to duplicate and become like you, two words in this case is sponsoring and promoting. "Movers and tripliclikes".

You should be taking steps in learning as much about SFI as you can. If you know how to use this program you can become a smart marketer and make more by learning more. Use the training tab to learn before you market your SFI business. Use Facebook to start building relationships, then once you have a system in place you can really see your affiliate downline grow.
Duplication(more PSA)and continue working with your CSAs/PSAs. This Produces your Generation 1's/2's and so on. Continue to do what you have been doing as not to lose your own status. Good luck !!

First of all you have to start by inviting people to SFI and Triple Clicks, which can be done in a lot of different ways, either through e-mail, skype, or other chat rooms, or just by using safelists and traffic exchanges and building your own private contact lists starting with personal friends and then having those friends help you by following your lead. Leadership means just that. Being a leader and leading by example.
One of the activities leaders do is posting in the stream so that even if you don't have a downline yet, you can have your stream posts waiting for the people who join you in the future and sharing your golden words with people who are already here in the present.
Also logging in daily and working on your todo list, even if you don't have money to invest yet, you can still start doing this and build good working habits so that when you've learned more you can keep doing other things as you learn them and pass your knowledge on to the next generation of people after you.

1) Lead by example: make sure you have your EA, by having your standing order out of the way each month. That is the main thing. You can't really instill to your downline to do the same if you don't have it done. Right? 2) Make sure you send out your PSA/CSA Mailers out each week. Make sure your affiliates have there necessary VP's needed to get there EA's. Give them encouragement, yet keep reminding them that their success is your success. 3) Help each affiliate out with whatever he/she may need to get or continue his/her growth, help with advertisements, offer incentives if needed, like gift certificates TC Credits, etc. 4) Duplication, remember when sending out your PSA/CSA mailers that duplication is the essential key to this business. 5) Make sure each affiliate has their profiles and their account information all filled out, and help them to get started earning all the necessary Badges, and/or income levels they need to.
