What is the most important daily activity that SFI Team Leaders should engage in?
The most important daily activity that Team Leaders should engage in is Duplication. That is making your Movers move continuously-reaching out to them most times, answering question, giving encouragements, teaching/jguiding them in the SFI Basics, advertising, and being good online so the duplication process would roll in more members. Thus more members mean more income to the TL and of course, more SFI business

As a Team Leader, you most important daily activity is doing just what you are - leading your team! Here in SFI, you lead by example - showing your team members exactly what they should be doing and how to do them. You must daily support and motivate them to excel in their business. You must do this bearing in mind that you succeed only if they succeed!

As the name implies, Team Leader. You have to ensure that your leadership role is felt by your team members, reach out to them daily and see how they are coping and see how you can help them. Make them understand how well you care about their success.

The most important daily activity that SFI Team Leaders should engage in is motivating their downline, both the Movers and those who have strayed away from SFI. I will check the profiles of those who are not working their SFI business and see if they have a website or blog and go subscribe to their website or blog mailing list or comment on their blog. I will do the same for the Movers to keep them motivated. In addition, I will send the movers TCredits or a Team Mail to let them know that I am proud

Communication with the team members. The most important things is to recognize the team members and to make them feel like a part of the team. This happens with talking and showing appreciation. Every day TL should write at least one e-mail to someone of the team, who is active or who had been active.

always checking there email and emailing there downline weekly and watching there movers and always thanking there group for the work there doing and watching who is moving there business, there really isn't just one thing any TL should be doing over anything they should be doing everything they want others to do.

At the present time I do not have the honor of calling myself a "team leader" - but as I look at all that SFI has to offer I can see that the most important daily activity a team leader should be doing is; leading by example.

Do everything that you would expect your affiliates to do, and go the extra mile. The "extra" is where the leaders are built.

When leading your team - remember they are not on the same level you are on - get down on their level
