Encourage them to submit SFI ads to some free ad sites. If they are persistent who knows? They might get some affiliates that way if they are short on cash.
It is sometimes hard to extimate the costs of advertising and your team might be reluctant to get into it incase it costs more than they would like to spend
You might like to point them to googles ad words and yahoos bing ad in total £80 of free ads - In that way they can test out free of charges and find that they can advertise for just $1 per day.
Dont forget to tell them about the key codes so they can see how many people click through from the web site/s

You have to do like I do in your emails you cannot put url's in your emails like below or your get yourself into trouble unless it is SFI url's I read a few others first,
I only have used one traffic exchange over the pass 13 years in sfi and it has over 55 million people on it so as you can see it has way more on it than sfi has so I am happy with it and if you want it send me a email at [email protected] put in subject sfi member wants exchange
all you can do is ask them to promote there business because your not there boss and the ones who want to do it will and just maybe if they get people under them they will want to work there business also so try putting NEW people under them AND SEE IF THAT WILL WORKS.

When I started SFI I was sceptical as to whether this was a ligitimate business, but when I made $8 in my first month I was hooked.
That's the key. Our new affiliates have to make something in their first month to want to try to make even more. I have helped new ones by offering them 1 month of free advertising in a coop and I give them a list of places I advertise to encourage them to do so on their own.
Although this may seem an expense to me, it's not, because what ever helps my downline is good for them and me.
I also send them a list of places I have used and give suggestions as to which has been the best for me. And I ask if they would like help getting started. Many of us still struggle with computer knowledge.
And it's very important to keep in contact with your downline in a positive helpful way, never be pushy.

Even if that isn't the problem, just the fact that you are teaching it may be enough to motivate them. After all, you are showing them how important it is to you and their success. The easiest way to handle this problem is by setting up an advertising coop and inviting them to participate in it. This way you can even generate additional prospects that you can allocate to the ones who are active but have limited or no budget to advertise. This way you will be helping the ones who are not that experienced in on-line marketing and the ones who have limited budgets.
