Most of affiliates don't know the power of SFI System. Therefore, they won't take interest. You have to send them weekly emails with friendly/attractive text to motivate them. Avoid lengthy emails. Offer your full assistance. Even offer them rewards like Gift Certificates/Tcredits. You will get some responses. Start with Movers:
1. Share your advertising/marketing experience with them.
2. Provide them sites you are satisfied with and getting results.
3. Initially offer them $10 Gift

Even how large you downlines are, if they don't get the idea , how and what are they going to
advertise if they are not fully equipped. You have to motivate them first, how can they go into advertising if they don't understand, I am sure that's the common problems of us sponsors how to motivate our large downlines. If an affiliate is interested at first doing the point able action so easy to produce on the first month but on the following month, there it gets difficult already. Lazy to read

Having a large downline is of no use if there is no seriousness in the affiliates regarding the business. So you must make them a bit serious about the work, ask them to log in everyday and score VPs. This will help you judge the affiliates who are really here to learn and earn and others for just time pass.
So the next step is to train the interested affiliates from your downline, support them by rewarding gift certificates and encourage them.
Once they get involved you can take them as

The easiest way to handle this problem is by setting up an advertising coop and inviting them to participate in it. This way you can even generate additional prospects that you can allocate to the ones who are active but have limited or no budget to advertise.

This way you will be helping the ones who are not that experienced in on-line marketing and the ones who have limited budgets.

Share your own advertising successes with your downline. Let them know what you are doing and what is working. ie: "I just wanted to let you know that I'm have a lot of success advertising SFI at xxxx. If you'd also like to increase your team you might like to give it a try".

You can also start your own advertising co-op and let your team know they are welcome to be part of it. It could be a paid participation or you could offer to put them in the co-op at your expense if

The first thing you have to do is to ensure that they are active, thereafter, teach them the benefits of recruit their own PSAs. If they find it difficult, introduce them to S-Builder.

With all my signups, I make one general assumption: I assume that whoever is joining SFI under me is a newbie and has little to no idea about business and internet marketing.

With this in mind, I take it as my responsibility as their sponsor to introduce and educate them on the pros and cons of marketing and advertising right from the most basics to more advanced ways to enable them become savvy marketers. Over the course of the training, they will come to realise themselves the importance

The question of getting your downline to advertise SFI may be best answered by help them to build their list. I assume you are using online marketing techniques and one of the most common misconceptions about online marketing is generate traffic to your affiliate web site. A much better method and a proven method is to advertise a lead capture page and build your list. Then using auto responder series of Emails you give those subscribers something of value tips, tricks...and start to introduce SFI

The best way to invite them in doing something is always through our own example and experience.
There is plenty of incentives and info all around the SFI Center, for all of them to know the importance of promoting and getting lots of referrals to build their own team.
We can invite them to participate in a coop that we do for our team, to participate in S-Builder Coop as a way to get started with their own promotion.
Regarding promoting themselves, they possibly do not do it because

I try to explain it to them very simply that "Nothing happens if you don't advertise".
Advertising is the bloodline of any business and if nobody knows about your business you will be out of business real soon.
