Hello Ms Holmes,

Helping affiliates outside your team is a nobel and friendly thing to do. It would show your commitment and dedication to SFI and it would increase the "We are in this together" feeling. What you will earn from helping these affiliates is there appreciation and a better understanding of what affiliates who join SFI need to succeed. Helping these affiliates will learn you what kind of questions they have and how to answer them. So what you will gain from helping

What kind of question is that, of course they need help, do not let's be selfish. It's like you see on the road to an unknown person dropped so will help her to get up, or he'll get around?

Yes, help them! When someone ask you for help outside of your team.. that is a good sign that they feel confident in you helping them to be successful.

We are all in this together...so help everyone to be successful and all of us will benefit from it.

Thanks

I think it is ok to help but make sure you let them know they are to ask their sponsor for help and their upline as well.

Yes, it is always a great idea to help someone even though they may not be on your team. Who knows you may need the same help someday.

As a leader, or an aspiring leader, I feel we have a responsibility to assist those who ask us for help. It helps the person who asked for help. It helps us in our quest to improve our leadership. It strengthens SFI. If a leader does not know the answer, it is to his/her advantage to find out. When a leader learns and passes on information, many also learn. As a side note: You can't out give the universe. Yet as you continue joyously giving to others, the universe keeps giving to you.

You should definitely help them-as we are all one body. They may be soon forfeited or given to someone else who may never give them the help or insight you may be able to give. Supporting one another is a strong element in this huge family...let's all remember to give our best SUPPORT to ANY AFFILIATE who comes to us for ANY kind of help.
Note: It could be you in their shoes...now or later. SO...SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT!

Never ever ignore anyone who ask for your help. Share what you know although you will not get benefit from it. As SFI affiliates, we are one, we take benefits from each other by sharing our experiences, we inspire each other. So share what you can and you will be blessed.

You should help them, yes. And too, you should ask them about their upline and why that upline isn't helping them. If their upline isn't doing its job, then you should point out that they should give their upline an appropriate score on the monthly ratings...
