It's true for affiliates below your PSAs, you don't have vital information them like their emails, phone contacts etc. nor do you have access to their personal VP ledger to see details of their activities for the month. But from you genealogy, you are provided with information on their total VersaPoints and their VersaPoints for the month. Armed with this information, you are able to measure to a great extent their level of progress in SFI.

Now how do you help them? Your only means of

That's a good question. Success in SFI Business depends upon the actions of your downline and your performance to keep your downline in action.

Motivate your PSAs & CSAs regularly, offer them your assistance whenever needed. Once you are good at this, your PSAs & CSAs also will understand the importance of motivation & assistance. Then, they will take care of their PSAs & CSAs.

That's how the SFI Business goes & grows.

SFI provides us very good tools to keep in contact with all our downline, you can use the TEAMMAIL from your Genealogy Tab. But I think the best way you can help them is being an amazing sponsor and leader. If you are sending tips , e-mails and good practices to your PSA, they will follow your good example and they will try to be an excelent leader like the way you are with they!

Keep helping your team everytime and recommend they to use your practices with your 2nd generation, Is like

Helping your affiliate team members in the generations below your PSAs can be a little challenging. Assisting individual members requires MORE THAN sending out group mailers. Group mailers are great for those who are "plugged in." Individual attention is necessary and even critical in the faceless, anonymous world of the internet. The effort may seem time consuming, but consider the rewards as you build leaders in depth.

I help the generations below my PSA's by sending Team Mail each week, letting them know what is going on in our TEAM, giving sales and advertising tips, and also by letting them know that the line of communication is open with me. I answer each and every email to the best of my ability and if I don't know the answer to their question, I find it for them and learn something myself!

For monitoring and helping the 2nd and below generations affiliates in your team, you can try following:

1.Have a close eye on the VP score of each of those affiliates from your genealogy.

2.Send them team mails with lots of support and encouragement.

3.Ask your 1st generation PSAs to take care of the affiliates and communicate regularly to them.

4.Let them feel that you work here not as an individual but as a team and assure him for all possible support.

5.Note

In our genealogy reports we can find the details of the affiliates from the second up to the seventh generations. The details such as their SFI number, their names, their sponsors, the dates they were registered, the last log in and the most important of all, the VPs they accumulate which are the key ingredients to recognize who are active and who need a push. Here are my tips;

1. I always include them in my team mail greetings. I encourage them to read the latest news in SFI, I keep them

Mainly, if we concentrate & motivate our PSAs to be active & progressive will automatically affect all the generations below. In some cases if you like to help affiliates below your PSAs:
1. Genealogy is the main source to get info about generations.
2. Using TeamMails, motivating them to be progressive providing them tips etc.
3. You can issue Gift Certificates through Genealogy to help & motivate them.
4. Through the PSA, who is the direct sponsor, you can ask his

Checking the SFI ID number of the sponsor of the generations, we can track down the main PSA. As much as I can advise the PSA to communicate with their downlines it also helps. Using the TEAMAIL, likewise sending mails. • ex.(Send an e-mail/TeamMail to this group of 499 affiliates)....Best tool I can say...

Communicating with your downlines below your PSAs really pose challenges to a team leader. One needs to go beyond the routine CSA mailer system. You can single out those who really need help by looking at their VP ledgers. If you mention their exact VPs on a particular day and advise them that they can increase their VPs by accomplishing their “to-do-list” items, etc., they will know that you have personalized your concern for them and they might respond to this kind of effort on your part.
