But I think the best way you can help them is being an amazing sponsor and leader. If you are sending tips , e-mails and good practices to your PSA, they will follow your good example and they will try to be an excelent leader like the way you are with they!

Keep helping your team everytime and recommend they to use your practices with your 2nd generation, Is like a family, you are right now like a parent and you have to teach good practices while they are growing in here!
