Every Day about 1000 persons join SFI. Calculating ........about 3-4 Million people must have enrolled by now. The Number of active affiliates is as my sponsor told me about one hundred thousand. Another Scenario: In my class 872 affiliates, 11 in contention for E365. Number of active Affiliates ? Maybe not over 50 , I don't know -a guess.

If an affiliates is not active for weeks/months chances are remote that you will be able to get him up from his slumber. Besides Weekly Mailer, sort them out and mail them personally at least once and mark that . I have been able to make one such person active by mailing personally. His complaint in the the reply was he has never been contacted by my upline .

Lesson: Try you must , but do not go on flogging a dead horse ( clearly outlined by the erudite Gery in launch pad lessons)

EDITOR'S NOTE: The 11 still in contention for her E365 class is exactly how E365 is supposed to work. Each round, half of the class is eliminated--no matter how many VP everyone is earning--but the elimination refers ONLY to the E365 contest; this does NOT indicate all those no longer in contention are inactive. Also, we've enrolled nearly 12 million affiliates in our almost 14-year history.

Do not ignore these people. They have enrolled as a SFI affiliate and are just that until they Opt-Out or are purged. Do you think they will ever find what they are looking for outside SFI? Not likely. Since most of these haven't red very much of their training lessons, they probably don't even know how to opt out. I've told many people how to Opt -Out. None whom I've told have done that. A few others do, but so far none that I've told about optin out have.

It is hard to get someone restarted or even started in the first place. But not all idle affiliates have deleted SFI from their memories. Some are still reading the communications. And you will notice that some log in and do nothing. They are checking the pulse. I write to those people personally and try to find out what is keeping them from becoming active. few time during the year I also write the inactives and remind them that they are still SFI affiliates.

The rest I send the same group mails to that I send the active Affiliates. In these mailings I try to solve a few un-named problems that they might be having, that is if they have looked at the Training. I have had affiliates who after a year of inactivity have begun to earn vp. So while those with thousands of affiliates "work with those who work", I have spent money and time to gather my affiliates and I regard them as potentially valuable, worth spending some time on, building up their confidence in themselves. Does it always work? Nope. But would you want your sponsor to have disregarded you at the beginning?

For those of you who were, you know what it feels like.It's not always so important because you need the actual help, but you need the encouragement and empowermant from someone who have faith in your ability to do it.

You cannot ignore them as you are getting 30vps weekly sending them Group Mails. And by continuously doing that, besides 30vps, I got some affiliates responded and became active. To get better results and motivate them to become active:
1. Offer them some easy goal, and on fulfilling them, offer rewards as gift certificates, Tcredits, re-assignments or free co-ops etc.
2. Be their friend and share information other than business as well.
3. In your Group Mails, include easy autolinks for tasks from their VP Ledger.
Normally as I experienced, you will get 5 to 20 percent responses from these sleeping affiliates. And then don't let them sleep again.

There are thousands of people registering in SFI everyday, however many of them don't understand the business. Lack of knowledge and understanding and some find hard time to read all the information in the site, these are the reasons why they don't go back to the site. But don't ignore them, send them greetings and remind them that there are lots of things happening in the business during their absence. Tell them the good news, encourage them to come back and explain to them the concept of the business in short and simple way, also suggest them to translate the site in their language. In these way you can find few if not all, going back and being active again. You may not know those who left can make a big difference when they return back. But don't focus on them to much, give them only 50% of your time with a big impact.

No, Make sure you at bare minimum, make sure they are getting a message from you on the weekly basis. By doing this, you will breed curiosity because they see you still involved in the business.

Occasionally I do see members login, which means they are still interested, but may also be too busy at the current moment to dive right in.

Just for the reason that SFI is a free joining company,many of the people will be joining it but would not be active as we are noticing everyday.
So, there is no doubt you also might be having some of the affiliates who are just there to mark a presence with huge egg(0) in their scoreboard.
Now the thing is you must try to make them active and that you will surely do it with all your possible efforts: personal mail, maybe a call, a team mail and all sorts you can.
Still if you find them inactive, then I think you must not leave them, you must continue your efforts with the hope that one day there will be a positive result, specially to those who has scored some VPs and then left working for some reason.
I, personally send a mail to all the affiliates with the contents varying according to their position and in my case I had a PSA who became active later on and also I was able to make one of my CSA active.
So, I'll say you must be positive, not lose hope. Remember if you do it, some will , some won't , so what..!!

I don't think we should ignore anyone. After all, the reason that they joined is because they had a dream to achieve. However, by the same token one should not waste too much time or effort on them either - unless and until, they show us that they want to move in the direction of building their business.

That said and done - I would say, always include them in normal information and motivational mails and in your emails to your group. How does it hurt for you to include them in a mail that you are already sending.

Rather than ignoring those who are inactive, make it a point to send out targeted mail to those who are your movers so that they know that you are their rooting for them and leave all the general mail for the whole group.

Please do not ignore any affiliate, someday soon when they find the time they will see the light and log back in, who knows how busy another person truly is. please be patient keep sending support messages to all of your affiliates,this is what SFI is all about helping others to achieve a shared dream of earning a supplimental income from home.

Ignoring them would not be a good solution. What I recommend you to do is continue maintaining the contact the contact with them, not just because of 30VP, but because most of them they are not sure why are here at SFi. They need to be pushed up and they need to understand to nowadays the solution in E-business is at the SFI.

Never ignore your downline, remmeber in the sif rules of success, that being a team leader is called "committment" and also this is your business so if you hire someone to work for you and you see them not working what do you do?, because that individual is part of the key to your financial succes, that person is important to you and the business, try to do your part and send them encouragement to stay focused and then either they will or they will not.
