and motivating everyone , you must lead by example. Show them how enthusiastic you are that until
this very moment you are still enjoying your SFI journey, most above all, tell them how to become successful with SFI using SFI rules of success. And of course joining SFI with complete tools of training materials for free. Cheer them up!

The most important part of any blog is what you have to say and how you say it. People will return to your blog if they like what you write about a specific subject and they like your writing style. With that in mind, your blog should be written in a tone appropriate to your blog topic. Our SFI Leadership Page consist of Blog, Greeting, Rewards/Incentives, I Recommend, Recognition and My Best Tip which make it a very comprehensive place for any SFI leader to cover topics that will interest any SFI team members to check out for things that benefit them.

I believe that the Blog will be used mainly for communicating the leader's heartbeat or his/her desire to connect with the team members in the form of written words communication, though not so personal like face to face but still better than none.

What the communication topics will be basically consist of the leader's words of encouragement for motivating all the team members to move together as a team to excel in the SFI Affiliate online business. Although challenges are inevitable part and parcel of doing business in the internet world, the leader wants the team members to know they are not alone but the team leader and whole team can work together for everyone's benefits !

Communication needs to be a two way street ideally. So, the SFI team leader has to be consistent and dedicate his/her time and effort to reach out regularly with subjects that will interest his/her team members like on how to not only survive but thrive in the SFI Affiliate marketing business.

Time will only tell, when leaders are truly sincere and genuine in showing interest and help to his/her team members even through practical ways like rewarding them with no strings attached in mind.

Last but not least, good quality content of the leader's blog will eventually help to attract the team member's attention and get their response to the leader's guidance and assistance.

As leaders, we need to remember this wise saying, "The team member does not really care how much knowledge the leader has but they will be affected when the leader shows care and concern for them."

I certainly hoped that my own leadership blog will make a difference in my members' lives and thinking. Hopefully, they will see SFI is truly a good place to give them a platform to start their initial small-time business to grow it eventually to become something that can bring real financial freedom for them and their loved ones provided they work for it and never quit:) To everyone's success :)

Try to blog about information that can help your affiliates grow their business.

Search the internet for articles that you can link to about internet marketing, or perhaps if they are small enough, copy and paste them. Just make sure to give credit as where you got them from.

A good resource to find information is IAHBE, if you are a member. Don't cross solicit other opportunities you may be involved in, just help them out with information about how to build their business.

First of all, there must be welcome to the visitors followed by an inspiring quote/ tip/ or words (better if you use your own words). Then there must be a little update regarding the team and there must be a point or two giving information regarding how to success in the business. Lastly you must add your achievements in the business, which many of us call"lead by the example" and your contact details.
Don't forget to update it periodically.

I like helping not only my downline, but my upline/sponsors as well. Because this is a Network marketing company, I believe it's important that your sponsors know you're doing everything you can to network with everyone.

So when I put a post on my blog, sometimes it has to do with SFI directly, and other times it has to do with marketing and advertising in general, but I always try to make it valuable, informative and encouraging.

I try to help people as much as possible so I also post whenever I've added a new video tutorial on YouTube or on my blog that's outside of SFI. And I try to remember to remind people on my blog that I'm available if they have questions or need help with anything.
