How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

From my experience never ever pressure your down line to have a standing order as an introduction on how to become ea. Why, simple because we don't know their financial capabilities thus telling them to have a standing order lead a thought we are only cashing in from them.. INstead teach them step step method not just redirecting them to launcpad and basics asap.. Lastly extend support if possible by giving them rewards like TC credits to help them boost their business by participating in pricebender

The old saying applies perfectly here!
You must teach people to fish rather than give them the fish!
All training and support as possible should be provided, but you should never do the tasks that your affiliates must make.
You can provide support and incentives through co-ops or contests, but never simply give financial support.
If you do that, you will become a crutch and when it is taken they will drop and your effort will not be rewarded!

HELLO.
First thing you should do is point your new affiliates to forum in your area. Then in the beginning show them what to do and what to read, there is always TRANSLATION on every SFI page. You do not make the same mistakes I have and guide them personally thru every single step and click because it's taking to much time and you can do other work to promote SFI.
So it's simple show them steps in first ,point them what they should read to get to know SFI & TC better .If they are confused

Hi!
I'm sure most of us have watched TV game shows. Noticed how the players are guided by their team with the do and donts to get to their goals faster? I think the sponsor and affiliate relationship is more or less the same, guide them when you see them lag behind, give them helpful tips - and if you feel that just a little push might help them succeed you could offer a gift certificate as per your ability.
Simplicity in conversations helps one understand quickly. So begin by explaining

There isn't an exactly formulated point. You should teach your affiliate while they don't understand least 80 percent of how SFI and TripleClicks works.

In my opinion, you should send instructions to your affiliate in beggining and how time lasts, they will understand more and more, then you will get to this point where your affiliate wouldn't need your intensive help, but if you want to be a good sponsor, you should congratulate, answer to eventually questions if your affiliate don't

I just come across this Ways To Earn VersaPoints to become an EA or Team Leader. I thought I should shared it with you all.

01. - Every day you can earn 11 VP for a total of 330 VP in a 30 days just by doing the following:

A. Click on your "to-do list" tab on your SFI homepage and after reviewing the information on it, click on the rectangle at the bottom "I have reviewed this information" to receive one VP.

B. Do the same

Help your affiliates to get to the point where you are or go beyond. Assist affiliates as a helper with ideas and plans to achieve goals and tasks. For example, assist in building a website and how to put up items to sell on their T-connect website. Show by example by showing what you do daily and have them do what you do to promote themselves.

I help affiliates as far as possible, but unfortunately one gets affiliates that wants to be spoon-fed, i.e. "I have done this, what must I do now?"...then the same story over and over.

One gets to a stage that one has to tell them to go back to SFI basics, do some reading first (and if he/she still doesn't understand I will help), look at Ask SC for similar questions and answers and go through the launchpad info again. But, unfortunately, some people are so used to be spoon-fed

I think there is no limit. The sponsor should motivate his afilates all the time.

You should ask them what the problem is, and help them better understand the SFI and TripleClicks.
Show them how to make the 1500 VP, and how to sell products, go on auctions, get rewards on TC.

When you help your afilates to succeed and go forward, with it and you have succeeded!

Good Luck!

Yes. There is a line not to cross when supporting your team. It is very important to support your affiliates in every way possible, but stop short of financially supporting them, or doing the business for them. It is better to teach them how to fish instead of catching the fish for them. You need to be a teacher and a mentor that they can follow.
