1. We as team leads should have at least purchased a share of the s-builder co-op and have seen results. In order words, lead by example

I strongly believe that anyone who is serious about building an online business will be willing to do what is necessary to be successful. Although I don't believe in pushing anyone to make a purchase I will let them know the benefits of such a purchase. In the case of SFI we all know how important it is to sponsor new members. We all want a team of Aces but in order to find those Aces or go-getters we must have some means of advertising and sponsoring new affiliates and S-Builder does that for us. I find S-Builder particularly helpful because I'm not the best at sponsoring or advertising and with S-Builder I don't have to advertise; the advertising is done for me and I receive new affiliates every month.
Many new affiliates know nothing about advertising or sponsoring and have difficulty in using the information that SFI provides; therefore, I would introduce them to S-Builder and tell them they could purchase as many shares as they are able to but one is good to start with and if they can purchase S-Builder in additional to using other means of sponsoring they will be a lot better off; their team would grow faster.
Of course I also believe if you are going to tell your new affiliate how great S-Builder is be sure you have the S-Builder Co-op badge on your page. It's of no use to preach the sermon of how great S-Builder is if you are not wearing the badge yourself. This will only lead others to believe that you are only interested in profiting from them.

Hi...as a leader, you need to lead by example... you could set up S-builder Co-op as competitions for your PSAs to reach EA. Sponsor the Co-op so at the same time you are helping your downline building their team.
This is a win-win situations. When your PSAs got their own downline you could suggest them to set up S-builder co-op as you've done.
Just keep in our mind that investment need money and we are all here because of it...telling our downline to spend money here will only make them turn around and never coming back... let them decide if they want to invest. Hope that help.
