What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

Hi...
Firstly, I would suggest that you log in SFI everyday to check your To-Do List for VPs and read every single thing to understand SFI better. If you are a new Affiliate, I would suggest you start with SFI Basic and step-by-step LaunchPad...
Secondly, advertise your SFI business to widen your team and be the leader for your PSAs and CSAs. If you got a team, pls be a good leader by example. Mean that when you want your team to do something, you need to do it first for them to follow you. Make sure you could maintain your leader rank or at least EA rank to retain your CSAs too.
Third, don't give up and keep building your team and train them (Duplication). Repeat the process every months and keep going on and I think that is what the best Affiliate in SFI would do to success.

I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

In my opinion..the answer YES..and even better than online marketing...WHY?
There are limit to online marketing.
1. Its not easy to convice potential affiliates when they only see our advertising online, but explaining 1-1 to them might work better
2. They might sign-up but to lazy to read all the informations in SFI website and never active. Some people can understand better from direct explaination.
3. They want the sponsor in real person so they know where to turn when they are having problem with the business
I think you know more about online and offline marketing...And SFI also know that when talking about building business, all method are useful...so SFI make sure we all get to build our business using any method we are comfortable, hence the Card to be distribute to potential affiliate, the Gateways, Banners and others....

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Hi, you know that having PSAs are very important to your business. If you are a leader and your affiliate become EA2, you'll get maching VPs from them. Same as your affiliate, if they become leaders and their PSAs become EA2, they'll get the maching VPs too.
If you see the Benefits Chart...some leaders get VPs matching from 6-12levels depending on their rank. So, if you want to assign your PSAs to any leader from the same country that still under your level, you still get the matching VPs. If you don't have any leaders from the same country as your PSA, find them some leader from their country from a2a friend. That might help.

If I had $100 extra every months....I will....
1. Buy afew products that help in my business like ~ TCredit, S-builder, buy PSA or Advertising.
2. Put together the products to Standing Order for 1500VPs to maintain EA rank every months.
3. Buy the products with Standing Order at the beginning of month so I could write product review at the end of each months. 25VP for every product review.
4. Use the balance to reward/make contest for my downline.
Example..
SO Product Cost VP
100TCredit ---------------29.00 1,200
S-builder -----------------22.00 280
1TCredit ------------------1.89 102
**Buy PSA/Advertising ----25.00 **243
Total Cost around $78.00 VP = 1,582++
(**depend on what Advertisement you choose)

What's the best way to introduce S-builder Co-op to your affiliates?

Hi...as a leader, you need to lead by example... you could set up S-builder Co-op as competitions for your PSAs to reach EA. Sponsor the Co-op so at the same time you are helping your downline building their team.
This is a win-win situations. When your PSAs got their own downline you could suggest them to set up S-builder co-op as you've done.
Just keep in our mind that investment need money and we are all here because of it...telling our downline to spend money here will only make them turn around and never coming back... let them decide if they want to invest. Hope that help.

I guess I would say ....
I am a home-based businessman. I run an affiliate business for xx years with a capital of about $ 50-70, and the nicest thing is I only have to work 2-3 hours a day for my business. As long as I have my phone/laptop and internet, I could work anyway. My business also keep growing everyday. You can join me and start your own business too.
How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

I believe that everyone got their own talent. Some may be born a leader and some don't, BUT not every Leader was born with the privilege.
The most important thing is are you really want to success in your business? If the answer is YES, then LEARN is the key word. You need to learn how to be a Leader.
Some information on how you could be a leader already provided by SFI and that is DUPLICATION.
Duplicate what your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor do on how to be a good Leader like sending newsletter, giving tips, make contest and so on.
Start building your ability as a leader by reading SFI rules of Success about leadership and you could always buy some books about Leadership from TripleClicks or other sources. You could also join IAHBE and other programs to learn and build your leadership ability and remember to never give up. Good luck.

That's because they are doing what they learn from SFI and willing to implement it on their team.
So, continue to be a good Sponsor / Co-Sponsor and encourage them to do what you've been doing for your business. Good luck.

I just want to say that I'm not really into marketing myself. But for someone who have a tight budget every month, I 've decided to learn how to sponsor my own PSA while I try to save up every month so I could buy S-builder to help in marketing. So, I suggest you use both method too. Anyway, I got my first PSA after placing my gateway at some free ads exchange site. You might want to start doing the same too.
