You asked how to convince their members to arrange Standing order?
Nobody can convince everybody's responsibility to decide what and how it will work. You do not persuade anyone but them only Refer purchase any product via standing order. Tell them that this is the easiest way to re-qualify ExecutivAffiliate. They also get 1500 Sales VersaPoints and 100 ActionVersaPoints. This is already starting point to better achieve the status of BTL. In any case, the decision is in the hands of each individual.

My Standing Order is for 125 TCredits. I benefit from this Standing Order because this order qualifies me for EA each month. The TCredits allow me to participate in TripleClicks auctions. Being an EA opens the door to other valuable benefits as well, such as CSAs, etc.

The best way to convince your PSAs about having a Standing Order is to have a Standing Order monthly yourself.
Secondly answer their questions on Standing Order with utmost sincerity
Lastly gently explain to them that Standing Order is profitable investment in their SFI business; if nobody invest, nobody earns.
Before you convince your PSA'S on the importance of setting up a standing order ensure you have set one for yourself.
In this way you will understand the benefits of having a standing order. Based on the advantages you have acquired it will now be easy for you to explain to your affiliates what you have got by having standing order.
As the result your psa's will understand easily by following you example. As a leader make sure that you lead others by showing them the way.

So we see the standing order is not the problem. It is the mindset of the individual that is the problem. If people believe they are poor they will have a negative viewpoint, but if they believe they are well off then they will gladly have a standing order.
So how do we solve this riddle? Treat people the way you want them to be, let them know the are blessed to be here, because they are. show them they are owners of a multimillion dollar store. Because we are!!

I wouldn't say it exists a best method. If someone cannot afford doing that, he/she will never place a Standing order. Actually, a Standing Order is not compulsory. But, you may tell them the advantages, namely having a Standing order will escape them from the worry of forgetting purchasing that object every month. Also, if that Standing Order assures their VPs for qualification, a Standing Order escapes them from the worry of forgetting to take actions for qualification.
I'd Rather use the term interest, CONVINCE can cause the effect of resistance which is not the goal.

The best thing you can do is by telling your PSAs that the easiest way to maintain an Executive Affiliate rank every month is by simply setting up a standing order that has 1,500 versa points. Please let him know that staying on an EA rank every month could give him more benefits as an SFI entrepreneur. Many persons join SFI because they want to change their lifestyle and enjoy financial freedom. However time is a factor in their present circumstances and jobs. One sure way to maintain Executive Affiliate status is to have a Standing Order.
Also you must have a Standing order yourself because you cannot convince someone that is good when you yourself does not have one. So lead by example.
