OPTION A: If You Can Make Your Free 497 VP Each Month
If you can make the Free 497 VP each month -
You need 1003 VP to reach 1500 VP.

Quick way to achieve the status of a team leader is setting up standing order 1500VP.
My recommendation is buying 125 TC. For achieving team leader status should be at least 1000 action points. From the daily, weekly and monthly tasks collect about action 500VP. With 100TC go to a double MRP auction and spend to bid. You'll get even more 100 action VP and 1,000 MRP. Now you have 600 action points.The rest of the action 1000VP looking into opening 4 ECA or sponsorship 4 EA2 members. For standing orders get sales 1500 VP. With 630MRP points buy 5 x 1 TC and get another sales 510VP. With total sales 2010VP and 1000 VP action you are Bronze Team Leader.

Firstly and most importantly,do ALL of your daily, weekly and monthly tasks (red tabs and to-do list). These are easy points waiting to be picked up.

Secondly, Id have to say you have to spend some money. You need more action points so go for a TCredit pack that you can bid at the auctions with (Go for TCredit auctions so you can spend more, also look at double MRP auctions so you can buy yet MORE TCredits!)

Also support your downline as you get a 100 action VP for every EA2 on your team (Going up by 50 points a time for their team leader rank)

Best way for qualifing for the rank of Team Leader is have few EA2.
For every EA2 (EA which reaches 1500VP two months consecutively) you receive 100VP !

So You can purchase max.2000 VP on TripleClicks, next 450 VP you can earn with daily cards and activity in SFI.

You need just four or five EA2.

And do not forget - Is need maintain a Leader Page and have at least five positive reviews from PSA´s.

This is a very important question, with a quite easy answer:
You can easily qualify for the rank of Team Leader each month if you have a very good team of at least 3-5 affiliates with EA2 or Team Leader status.
Why? Because you will get:
100 VP For support of each personally sponsored EA2;
150 VP For support of each personally sponsored BTL;
200 VP For support of each personally sponsored STL;
250 VP For support of each personally sponsored GTL; and
300 VP For support of each personally sponsored PTL.
But, you should know that it’s a very long way and much hard work to build such team.
Other remaining conditions and VP’s to obtain Team Leader status, shouldn’t be a problem at all.

On SFI I learned two secrets to becomming a team leader one is a standing Order (worth 3000 vp) which costs you a little money every month and the other which does not cost money, involves selling packs of T Credits to affiliates or TC members who participate regularly in the auctions.

Once you become team leader you get matching vp, but your dowline team has to have lots of hardworking members or just a handful that earn lots of points each month in order for you to maintain your team leader status every month.

There is no secret in fact, the Standing Order is solution,helps you in a two ways
-to get 1500 VP monthly immediately
-gives us more time to work on the other programs what SFI offers to us and gives us a time to work with our downline

Reaching Team Leader position every month means building a team and work with downline so the SO is helping to us on the basic level for VP points.

“DUPLICATION” is by far the best way for qualifying for Team Leader because if you have a Standing Order for 1500VP and your PSAs and CSAs do what you do, then you gain matching points which will give you the Team Leader status. Use the TCredits and bid on auctions and inform your team also to take part in auctions. They might win on Pricebenders and so increase their points.
