But as you aim to go higher, the only way is to accumulate action versapoints that will be of help to you by your helped PSAs. You must do your daily, weekly and monthly to do list.
Help and develop at least 5 persons to EA2 status and above.
Participate in regular Pricebenders.
Also you have to think like a team leader from day one to be a team leader.
