The simple answer is communicate with them as often as you need, but do not bother them unnecessarily because they must be busy people.If any of them do not respond even after repeated communication leave him(sometimes it happens although they have vested interest to respond);there must be some body in the up line to respond to your query.

Member Reward Points (MRP)…sounds interesting to me as I was doing my bit of research on this topic out of my curiosity. Whenever I use to place a bid it says that I have got 5 MRP. What is the use? Below is what I found.

First of all we need to understand that MRP has got some dollar value. How much is the next question.
Well, if you are purchasing TCreadit in bulk, then each TCreadit costs $0.29 and for each TC we get 5 MRP or 10 MRP, if the bid type is double MRP.

1 TCreadit ($ .29) = 22.62 MRP
Hence $ 1 = 78 MRP

Now the takeaway here is
1. Whenever we bid we should try and go for double MRP type bid, so to get aprox. 50% of our invested money back as MRP.
2. After accumulating enough MRP we can buy products in TripleClicks.
3. We should also remember that MRPs are valid for only 1 Year.

There is no secret for qualifying each month to the rank of Team Leader.The most important thing is you should have a active down line of EAs & Team Leaders who should be constantly trying to duplicate themselves.To build such a team you imagine the role you have to play & efforts you have to put.I am not going to lengthen this answer by going into the details as it is more or less known to every one.
The most important thing here is persistence and not skill or knowledge.A stream of affiliates should always be coming to your team & they should have constant support from you,because we can not predict who will leave at what stage no matter what ever you do.
