The fastest and easiest way is money. Buy a team if you can afford it. I can not afford it but that is what I would do if my circumstances changed and I can afford it.

You can get them at TripleClicks. Bid for them at the auctions, purchase shares in co-ops.

Spending money to get a big team together is not a guarantee that you will have active affiliates but I do think it increases your chances. It stands to reason that the more team members you have the better your chances are to have active members. For example: Out of every 20 affiliates you should have at least 1 active affiliate.

Continue to advertise in different places - it won't happen as fast as buying them but it will pay off - again, no guarantee they will be active.
