from SFI as a prize,for reaching EA2 or auctions,I ask them if they speak English.
Be sure and keep a page in Notepad for saving the answer to that question! You sure do not want to ask them again.
Ask all your active team members if they speak more than one language.Write that down too.
Then you will be in a better position to reassign them where they will receive help.

The SFI company, we have the possibility to work, everyone. Even people who do not speak English. On each side of the bottom right is the ability to choose any language.
