-Utilizing your reassignment tool: You must try to reassign those affiliates to those who speak the same language.
-Utilize your PSA/ CSA Exchange: This means that SFI gives you people/affiliates who understand your language. Then you must give out thosewho donpt understand your language to SFI for exchage. Do thr same thing jappens to all affiliates with the same problem. Perhaps some other affiliates may need those ones you do not need.
-Utilizing the language translator: You can use this tool to communicate with them. Try also to convince him to use the same too for his affiliates.
