The Designated Diamond is for affiliates who are dedicated so I would extend my invitations to affiliates who have remained active in the program for at least one year, by this I mean PSA who logs in everyday and scored the highest amount of VP. In one year they either become Fast Track and/ or E365 champions or finalists because these qualities show that of a leader in the making. This is the first two qualities I would look for in my downline.

So quality number one in this case should be Commitment, the two achievements mentioned above should give you a clear idea of how committed your affiliates will be when being chosen for the Designated Diamonds Program.

Quality number two is Duplication or in other words building a team of active affiliates not just by sponsoring in their first generation but also seeing how many generations they have in their team. So the best place to look this up is in the genealogy. You should look into their VP ledgers to see if they set up an advertising coop for their affiliates.

Quality number 3 is Communication: Do they contact you and their upline team, via email, phone or online chat. Do they respond to you when you write emails. Do they follow your instructions when you chat with them online. How often do they email you to ask for help or to ask questions etc... These are questions to think about when it comes to choosing your designated diamonds.

Quality 4: Setting Goals You must ask your affiliates to set their goals because this is a real necessity in order to become a Diamond Team Leader in the next three or four years. Do not extend any invitations unless they set goals and then put them in writing so they can show it to you via email because this will allow you to see if they are setting realistic goals and if not then you can help them to set the right goals in order to achieve.

Then the next step is to have a plan in order to achieve the goals so if your affiliates can do this then they have what it takes to be a leader so please invite them to be your designated Diamonds.

I mentioned in the beginning that the first place and best place to find your Diamonds in the rough is in your Genealogy because you have filters of all sorts that you can play around with and also you can see all affiliates in up to 12 generations. With a quick filter you can select to view only your movers. Then in the different tabs you can see if your movers are generating sales or Sponsoring affiliates. When you log in everyday to collect VersaPoints you always to the red tabs right? So to find your designated Diamonds you should look into your Movers tab because you can see all of your most active affiliates who have logged in the past 5 days. Then you can click on one specific affiliate to see the snapshot so you can get so much info on this snapshot by looking at their badges, read their best tips etc..

The Alerts and Forum tabs and also Ask SC will allow you to see if your movers participate by posting their own threads or replying to existing threads do you read their posts? This will allow you to get news and updates about you signups and you can also see how knowledgeable they really are

Do you check your emails from SFI here in the affiliate center and your personal email address? I tell you this because SFI corporate notifies you when you he a sign up when you generate a sale and everytime your PSA reaches a milestone then you get an alert from SFI so you should always read those.

This is an interesting question and I do hope, I would be of help.

Remember, that the Designated Diamond program is long-term programme which prescribes identifying five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.

How this works is that, On your Genealogy ( https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy ) , a new tab has been added titled "Other." The "Other" tab contains a DD column with "Send Invite" links for eligible affiliates. Click these links to issue invitations to your PSAs where:-

* Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
* Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
* Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
* Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
* Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

Once you have sent the invitation to your prospects and they have agreed to the terms and conditions, they would be given a $200 signin bonus which would be paid gradually in their commissions when they reach each Team Leader Rank which is a one time payment for each level.

That said, the qualities you look out for in your PSAs before sending Diamond invitation is that your PSA must have been consistent for over a year. That is the PSA in question must be committed and diligent in his duties. Such duties like logging on daily, advertsing tripleclicks products and recruiting affiliates on a daily basis as well as being an EA2 and above within the one year period without relenting are some of the things to look out for before sending such invitations.

You can find your Designated Diamond through your Movers Tab on your SFI homepage as well as your Genealogy where you can filter your current EAs, last log in date, number of versa points for the current month, whether the prospect has a Standing order and PSAs recruited (Note that the PSAs recruited by your PSAs will be in your 2nd genetation PSAs as would be seen in your Genealogy).

We all know that this is an independent business involving people from various cultural and social backgrounds. It requires commitment, dedication and a passion to pursue your goals.

PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) are people. For those of us who are still not sure who our PSAs are. PSAs are individuals in your First Level you will join in your team through your various advertising methods and personal gateways to help your business and support it.

From my experience, it is not practical to expect that all your PSAs you recruit will be active. The ones who will become active understand the program well, appreciate its potential and are therefore willing to invest their resources (time, efforts and finances) willingly. These are the kind of people you want in your team.

They:

1. Are highly motivated and therefore remain active unless there is a major problem
2. Understand long term commitment
3. May or may not have experience in online marketing or advertising
4. Follow the guidelines set out by SFI and take action
5. Are not afraid to take risks and invest in the business
6. Believe in and trust the system to help them earn online
7. Do not get affected by minor hurdles or major difficulties
8. Pursue their goals relentlessly without looking back

In a nutshell, they are focused (like a laser) and you will find them in your Movers List or in your Genealogy or contributing in the Forum. They are very visible because of their dedication and positive attitude.

When you are sending invitation to your PSAs for the Designated Diamonds program, you need to see whether they:

1. Are active on regular basis and hold EA2 rank with consistency. They have to be EA to be qualified to receive an invitation.

2. Have a standing order of 1200 VP or more. This ensures that the affiliate is committed to maintain their rank. With your help they have a chance to move higher in their ranks.

3. Have the potential to grow to Diamond Team Leader position. Their past performance and interests would indicated towards their potential to advance to DTL rank.

4. Are in position to commit to the growth Plan and honor the dates for advancement as committed. Your past communications with them would give you a fair idea as to how they would respond to it in future?

5. Should have a never die attitude.

You can look for the PSAs performance from your genealogy filters and through your mover’s tab.

Further, you can also see their past performance to rate better through their VP ledger. It would allow you to compare between two or more affiliates with regards to their consistency, growth and overall performance in various facets of SFI. On the basis of which you can decide whom to send the invitation?

To begin with, don't expect any MORE.. nor LESS from your PSAs, than you do from yourself. That being said, you should concentrate on those whom you believe, based on their performances, are qualified to receive such an invitation.

Remember, and fully understand what the intent here is.. that the Designated Diamond (DD) program is for those individuals whom have demonstrated the ability to build their individual businesses through the power of DUPLICATION.

If the PSAs are new to SFI, let's say fewer than 3-months, personally, I wouldn't be too quick to send them an invitation. My experience here has shown me that you can never assume that because someone demonstrates a sincere desire for the business, particularly during his/her first few months, that they continue having that desire. I've had PSAs reach EA status in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd month with SFI, and just as quickly.. QUIT, just like that.. and never hearing from them again.. despite me sending out many emails requesting some kind of response from them, but getting none. Totally frustrating!

Try to focus on those whom have been with you for awhile.. say 4 to 6-months at least, and have demonstrated a desire towards giving their SFI/TripleClicks business a real chance to succeed in the following ways:

1. Have they attained and maintained EA2 repeatedly over this time?

2. Do they have a Standing Order (not necessarily for the 1500 VP per month) but you notice that between the SO and their daily actions, they are always accumulating enough VP to maintain the status of at least EA2, month after month after month?

3. Do they have at least 5 active PSA on their Team, in their first level? In my opinion, this should not, necessarily, be an absolute requirement for you, but if they have this, then surely it would be a big-plus for them and, of course, for you.

4. How big (deep) are their downlines through, let's say 2 or 3 levels? Of course, the deeper the better!

5. Are they a "Fast-Track" member?

6. Are they active in their sponsoring of Affiliates, referring TC members and/or both?

In my opinion, all the things above speaks volumes to the depth of their overall knowledge, and their willingness to follow your (SFI's) instructions and training, as well as their marketing abilities.

We have very limited number of invitation on hand to invite to our Designated
Diamond program so we need to be very conservative to whom we send it to.
It should be a simple process to filter out, but it is what standard of qualification
You want to do for your particular team members.
Mine is very simple, but may not fit others.

I require or look who is logging everyday or every other day or at least 3 to 4
Times a week, since some have personal problem even as little as internet connection.
I log in everyday.

Highly motivated to succeed and communicate with me for help, and write me
Their achievement and progress not because I asked them, but most do it on their own,
because of the friendship I have with them by motivating them encourage them,
Recognizing them for their work and progress at all time, either on e card, instant
message here, as well as social media, so we communicate well and they have no
difficulty to share with me updates.

Having the rank don’t matter, it could be some financial problem, since we are working

The qualities required are as follows :
1)The affiliate should be active
2)Must be scoring at least 10 points from Daily Actions
3)He or she should be EA2 and must maintain it.
4)Should have recruited at least 5 or more PSAs
5)Must be taking part in Forum regularly
6)Must be sharing products on social sites
7)Should have a clearly spelt out goal in SFI

What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invite for the Designated Diamonds program? Honestly, you have to really consider the matter because you only get so many invitations. If you act hastily, you will lose. People don't stay with anything that they can't monetize. All the badges in the world are meaningless without commissions essentially. Badges serve a purpose and they do that quite well. But things happen. When they do, that is beyond your control.

So what can you control about another person's choices? Nothing. If we read and study the rules of the program, we know what is at stake. Once your invites are issued, there is no turning back. It's sink or swim. Fake it or make it. There is ample time and generous terms. There's even a bonus added. Great incentive for the right PSA.

So what qualities would I look for in a Designated Diamond and where would Iook? They must have all of the following:

1. They must be a team leader. Why? Team leaders prove that they are in it to win it. They have the most to lose should they become weary and decide to quit.

2. They must have at least a 1500 VP standing order. It is a requirement for Diamonds. Again, leaders lead by example.

3. They must be a team player. TLs have a team and they sponsor consistently. TLs know that networking is a numbers game so you have to sponsor many PSAs to find those willing to take action. Essentially, the program is a partnership and each member has to be committed to the team.

4. They must to be effective communicators. TLs develop this skill because it is impossible to have an active network without effective communication.

5. They must either be, have been, or recruit ECAs. Again, the reason people come to SFI is for commissions. Sales is what makes the commissions possible. When people are making money then tend to commit over time even if the commissions are small in the beginning.

6. They must refer TripleClicks members and participate in W3, EagerZebra games, and Pricebender auctions.

7. They must possess at least a 12 month EA badge. This shows a longer term commitment and the willingness to invest time over time. Many movers work for a month then quit or 3 months then quit.

8. They must demonstrate such work ethic and passion for the business that they wouldn't need the badge. Remember, people do what they want to do because of their own reasons not yours. It's nice to have the incentive but when you have a PSA going the extra mile of the way that's a prime candidate.

How do you find all of this? You examine their VP ledger, genealogy, badges, email communications, questions they ask, and within the specific tabs of the genealogy tool. Never forget it is a partnership.

Look for the ones who have been consistent throughout 2015. If they have been active throughout the year, there is a good chance that they will remain active this year. However, if they just became active this month, monitor them for a while to see how it works out.

Remember that since this is a new year, there could be many PSAs becoming active as a New Year's resolution who may not hang around after the month ends.

When you’re looking at your PSAs, who would be good candidates to invite for the Designated Diamonds (DD) program be sure you’re choosing someone for the right reasons.

Here are qualities that you should be looking for in your PSAs as you search for the right person for the Designated Diamonds program in your Movers tab, Genealogy and VP Ledger of your PSAs :

- High performance

Analyze your PSAs by making a list, Divide them into most active and just average active. Use the the filters in your Genealogy to identify your most active and average active PSAs. When you do the high performance evaluation, use parameters such as Power/ Country/Class Ranks, VersaPoints (Total, Last/This/month, Yesterday), TripleClicks referrals/Sales VP in terms of sales, and Sponsor ID to find out the progress of sponsoring activities and team building.

- Leadership skills

Evaluate the performance of your PSAs in specific areas of leadership. Successful Team Leaders tend to have certain traits. Two keys areas of personal growth and development are fundamental to leadership success: self-confidence, and a positive attitude. You can identify these traits from your PSAs through their level of participation in SFI Forum, Ask SC, EZ games, Pricebender Auctions, etc. If your PSAs are aware of all the things they have already achieved, you'll see them actively participating in growth-promoting activities of their SFI business.

Your PSAs should also demonstrate a strong sense of balance, and recognize that setbacks and problems can happen. It's how they deal with those problems that makes the difference demonstrating positive attitude and outlook. Furthermore, they should also have the ability to recognize feelings -their own and those of others – and can manage those emotions to create strong relationships.

Another important area of leadership that you need to be looking for in your PSAs is being a good role model. Good Team Leaders lead by example They do what they say, and say what they do. These types of team leaders are trustworthy, and show integrity. They get involved in daily work where needed, and they stay in touch with what's happening throughout your organization. They also demonstrate the actions and values that they expect from their own team.

If you've been providing support and stimulation to your PSAs, to be highly motivated in their development and growth, they will most likely follow your lead. You can identify which of your PSAs are very much interested through your various interactions with them.

- Communication skills

Communication skills are essential for success in Designated Diamonds program. Are you demonstrating these important skills to your PSAs? This is the first step to identify from your PSAs, if they're following your lead. Have you organized meetings with your PSAs which include brainstorming? This is one of the most effective ways of finding out the communication skills of your PSAs. As a Team Leader, you'll often have to facilitate these, so you'll need to be comfortable with doing this. There's more to this than simply coming up with creative ideas, as you do when you're just a regular participant in such a session.

Another way of finding out the communication skills of your PSAs is through their participation in SFI Forum when they provide solutions to problems or when they offer encouragement to others in SFI community.

- Active listening

Active listening is another important skill for Team Leaders to master. Are you applying this important skill in your various interactions with your PSAs? It can be easy to think that you know what others are going to say, or that listening is less important, because you've thought of a solution anyway.

Don't fall into this trap. Most good Team Leaders are active listeners: it helps them detect problems early (while they're still easy to deal with), avoid costly misunderstandings, and build trust within their teams.


Before you invite your PSAs to DD program, you should be looking for high performance, leadership skills, communication skills, a positive attitude, etc. to make sure they possess these qualities required to succeed.
