What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

One way is, while it is important to continue with the weekly team mails, it is important to reach out to my affiliates on a more personal level. This means connecting with them on SFIchat, sending an e card and a personal email. Meeting in person makes a powerful connection especially if you already know your affiliate. I also find that monitoring your affiliates or movers VP ledger regularly helps make you a better leader in your ability to guide them more strategically.

Yes purchase the 125 TCredit package, spend them wisely, as in if you bid on auctions then I'd try to bid on the ones that are 2x mrp which = 10 mrp per bid.
If you win, then great but if not then don't worry about it, let the mrp add up and spend the mrp to purchase 1 tcredit, this will give you more Versa points.

First, let me say that activity is not always a direct reflection of what YOU have done. There is a mixture of pure numbers, advertising type, advertising target, content, follow-up, and probably a few things that escape the ole mind at the moment.

Increase your experimentation. Use different sites to recruit, use different text/banners to recruit. Use different target groups.

Keep in mind that one of the best things you do is to build trust with those that you are trying

Thank you for this question because I think that this is probably the thing that most of us asked ourselves when we were making our plans for 2016. I really wish that there would be an easy solution but if there is, I haven't found it yet.
Because I want to build my team, I decided that an honest assessment of 2015 and what I tried that worked and what I tried that didn't work was my first priority. The only way not to repeat mistakes is to learn from them and I do have a lot to learn.

1. Is to make a survey of what made them inactive and this is by sending them an email on the challenges that they may be facing in the business and my readiness to assist them and help.
2. Refresh them with what made SFI the best and to discuss with them the recent income development just instituted by SFI. This will gear them into action, as these developments are irrestistible.

What you can do is first do all the things you will want your team to do.
Set the example for duplication.

Log in daily. Read all the posts at Ask Sc and the forums. Play the games and auctions.Do the T hourly game.

Your long lists of badges speaks for you as a Team Leader.

Put up a free co-op for your new EA"s each month.Leave them there till they become confident BTL"s.

You can encourage them, send them information, remind them of things that they need to be doing, most of all let them know that you are available to them if they need your help. That is what you can do, but they really have to want to become active and make advancements. You can only do so much, they have to do the rest.

As for your question, I think first you should increase the communication with your affiliates, both PSA and CSA. You should be eager to ask whether your affiliates have questions and try your best to answer their questions. Second, I advice you to re-read the SFI lessons, launchpads in order to get more insight into SFI. Third, be more consistent and dedicated !

What can/should you do differently in 2016.
For your affiliates to become active this is quite uncontrollable as we can not hold them nor force them to be active.
But you should do and must do is to learn more about your SFI business. Try to align your activities according to the Plan. If you have been doing this on a scale of 50% last 2015, then give your 100% this 2016.
