Encouraging your PSAs to stay active doesn’t necessarily have to cost you money. There are ways to get them motivated without costing you a single dime, if you develop a strategy that will continually help them to focus on their long term goal.
Here are effective ways to keep your PSAs active for the long term:
- You need to communicate clearly with your new PSAs right on their first day that they have to be discipline, to be logging in everyday and that there is work involved to grow their own SFI business.
- Emphasize to them clearly that SFI has designed a simple system that can be duplicated and if they put their mind on this system wholeheartedly, they could realized their long term goals.
- Provide support and follow-up to your PSAs, if you truly want to build a solid and profitable network marketing business. Right in the beginning, you need to set the tone, being focus on monitoring the development and growth of your PSAs.
Work closely and be supportive to them. No one is guaranteed success. However, you will be amazed at how high of a success rate you will have with those you personally sponsor when you work closely with them and are supportive of their efforts. Granted some people will never do what they need to do and you can't build the business for them. But, if you provide support and show you care, you encourage them to stay active.
- Follow-up is following-through. Just because someone signed up, does not mean your job is completed. You must follow-up with your new PSAs as soon as you get the notification of their sign ups. Send them your warm welcome and let them know that they have made a good decision in joining SFI. Send them a clear message that there is work involved to earn their commissions and they need to develop a habit of logging in daily starting from SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD to get them started in the right direction. Make certain they are tapping into the resources and getting off to a good start.
- Monitor their progress and look for common challenges in their journey with SFI. Most likely you’ll find solutions using the SFI tools and resources. You need to allocate time in learning how to get the most out of SFI tools and resources. You’ll find this to be invaluable in helping your PSAs to stay active.
- An excellent way of encouraging them to stay active is helping your first level PSAs in the aspect of team building, showing them how to help their first level PSAs, implementing the duplication process. You can look at this way, you must be able to help your first level and show them how to help their first level PSAs.
As a Team Leader, you’ll want them to do the same. If you can focus this goal of helping them, and you and your PSAs both make money, then you’re motivated to help your PSAs. They’ll start to see that SFI works and very likely they will stay active. Considering the fact that SFI stays up-to-date when it comes to the latest innovation in network marketing business, this should motivate you to get involved fully in growing their SFI business.
- Encourage your PSAs to concentrate on going through the Training/Marketing tabs. You have to emphasize to them that there is work required to earn their commissions, right from the start. By making clear this to them right at the very beginning, you help them clear up any misconceptions they might have before joining SFI. Knowing this fact, they wouldn’t be dependent of any incentives/reward from you but rather, they’ll work hard, because this is their own business.
- Create intimacy with your PSAs. What this means is to be genuine in your concern for your PSA as a person. Show them you are not just in it to get their money. You must go beyond just promoting to them SFI/TC products but help them get the skills need in expanding their network. If you provide value through concern for them as a person and deliver quality support in every way possible, you will find your PSAs will be there for the long term.
- Anticipate the needs of your PSAs in their development and growth. By staying in contact, you can anticipate or stay ahead of their needs. You will strengthen your relationship and will more fully understand their current needs. This ultimately leads to anticipation of future needs. Try to always think ahead. This will help you keep your PSAs happy, satisfied and even can help you to exceed expectations.
- Make your PSAs feel appreciated. One of the greatest needs of each person is the need of being appreciated. Very often appreciation is a greater reward than money. Show your sincere gratitude for the unique contribution everyone makes to your organization.
- Give as much support to your PSAs as you can. Even if your PSAs are self-disciplined and creative enough for finding solutions to various problems, anyway they are always in need of your guidance. Support them as much as you can, and they will be inspired to do the same for you.
