New sign-ups can stay more than one day by carrying out the following actions
1. Contact them immediately notification of their signing up gets to you. There are chances the new sign-up is still online viewing their new SFI homepage. Use the instant messenger to start communication. Before contacting your new sign-up, check if you both speak the same language. A situation you speak different language, you will need a translation application to assist you.
2. Welcome them warmly. Keep you

Make sure to contact your newly recruited affiliates as soon as possible when they sign up. Offer your support, guidance and advice and let them know that by staying active they WILL see results. It is important to establish early on that the key to succeeding within SFI is to remain active and to login and complete actions daily.

Unfortunately, there's no way you can force somebody to be active and a lot of people will turn away from SFI when they realise that it's not a get rich quick

Prepare and be ready to communicate with them immediately - as soon as you can, to share a simple tip or two that he or she can use once they have connected with SFI.

Just recall the first day that you joined SFI - what were the feelings you had, what were you hoping to achieve by joining SFI, and what information helped you to keep on with SFI.

Your simple answers to the questions above are simply the same comments that you can share with your new recruits in your intro Team

This is a very good question.
We try our best to engage the newly sign ups to focus to show them the benefit to join SFI.
As I think SFI is the best source to motivate newly sign ups . We can encourage the affiliates that if they become leader they must be a EA first. We can highlight them the benefit to become an EA.
As an executive affiliate, you start getting income when you,
1. Become an executive affiliate or more (minimum of 1500 versa points) you partake
of the Tripleclicks

Your PSA's need to know what lies ahead. Maybe not the full blown version, but the condensed version that causes them to realize that a regular job will not yield the rewards that a structure like SFI can. They need to catch the vision. Many people lack the ability to have vision and so they need a little help from other people. As their sponsor you will need to be a visionary yourself so that you can inspire your team. It doesn't mean it will work with everyone, but it will bring a higher success

It is true that many new sign ups do not proceed beyond day 1. That is if they even managed to log in at all! This problem in itself is not new and some of the reasons why people choose to do this are beyond the sponsor’s control.
However, for the new sign ups who log in the first day or respond to your letter of welcome, it is best to keep in touch with them right from the very beginning. For example if they are online at the same time as you are, it is a good idea to initiate a chat. It

The best way to keep your new sign-ups engaged with SFI is to make sure they know they have joined a team that is going places.

You can do that by;

Offering them incentives (perhaps re-assign PSAs, or a Gift Certificate if they can achieve EA status in their first month)
Giving them their first month's participation in your advertizing co-op free
Running competitions within your team
Offering appropriate advice without sounding like you are selling them something

The first thing you have to do when working with new Affiliates is

A. Think back to what questions you had when you began

B. Think as if you know nothing about the business, and this will better
help you to help your new affiliate.

C . When you receive a email with a email with a question, and you don't know
the answer, you email them back and let them know you

To let your new sign-up stay engaged with SFI, tell them the truth about SFI. What are the truth?
1. Let them know that SFI is not a get-rich program but a program that earn them consistent income for life.
2.Let your new sign-up knows that the signing bonus of $20 or there off is not going to be paid at once, but a building income incentives.

3. Let your new-signs be aware of great development in SFI that compares to none elsewhere. What are this great development you may ask?

If you can keep your sign-ups engaged in conversation with you, you can learn enough about them to keep them engaged in SFI. As I often say, there is a simple procedure to motivate someone who is really listening:

1) Elicit his/her values, desires and goals.
2) Explain how SFI and/or TripleClicks can help him/her attain those desires.and goals.
3) Remain engaged yourself, teaching and answering questions.

Naturally, you can't *make* a person listen to you or follow
