Hi!
I have to say I am not that old in SFI and I have hard times with my team too. I have a team, I advertise and my team leader helps me a lot with the PSAs in my team, but yet they have no results. I write them team emails, I send them tips e-cards, I send them personal emails, but yet nothing. But I want to tell you that with all these, I have managed to maintain my BTL status. I have a SO of 1500 VPs and the rest I make by logging on every day, solving the daily tasks, I write answers to questions in the Asc SC section ( my answers were in the first 10 answers voted and I gained 25VPs), I buy one or two items from TripleClicks every month, cheap ones that are nice and I can make gifts or things that I need in the house( so I gain VPs buying) and then, after 15 days I write the reviews for these items and gain other VPs ( 25VPs for each review).
You can also bid in Pricebenders and win MRPs and then you can play online or buy other items like TCredits so you could bid or play online and win other wonderful prices.
You can make somewhere between 14 and 20 VPs a day and so you get more entries for the Daily Grant Drawings where you can win more VPs or MRPs. You also can play the T-Time drawings every hour and win 2TCredits and then you can play or bid and win VPs. There are so many posibilities, you can buy Gift Cards and you can win 10 VPs for each Gift Card. You can also become an ECA and with the products you sell you win VPs, there are so many ways to win VPs.
The problem is not making the VPs to keep maintaining your status, but to find at least one PSA wiling to work persistently, the problem is to be a good manager.
Don't discourage yourself and keep the good work, persistence is one of the keys in SFI and the team work. Keep advertising on the social sites and keep advertising in the publicity newspapers, in the jobs newspapers, you will see that you will be rewarded with a good team. SFI is about team work, about doing your tasks every day without quitting. When you work hard you win VPs, MRPs, PSAs, which it is absolutely fantastic! Yesterday I won a life time domain and I will use it for advertising on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, on my personal site and the traffic exchange sites.

If someone wants Bronze TEAM Leader (BTL) Status – he or she should have at least one affiliate in his/her 1G (First Generation) – otherwise and according to the new rules there is no point to be a TEAM leader.
In my opinion - the best way to be a BTL is to have not one but at least 3 EA2 in 1G and to set-up 125TCredits Standing Order (SO) and THEN you’re on the real path to work, develop and expand your work and your TEAM.

And earning of Versa Points (i.e. 2.000SalesVPs & 1.000ActionVPs needed for BTL Status) should be as follows:
1. 1.500 SVPs (you have 125Tcredits SO and you’re already an EA2)
2. 100 AVPs (for your action of setting a SO)
3. 125AVPs: by using TCredits 125 in games and/or auctions during the month
In total with the SO you secured: 1.500SVPs and 225AVPs.

Additional Action VPs should be obtained through the following ACTIONS:
4. 20AVPs - Monthly Actions
5. 92AVPs - Weekly Actions
6. 420AVPs - Daily Actions (30daysx14AVPs=420AVPs; during the month you should spent 2TCs EVERY DAY 2 by 2 daily playing one EZ Game and placing one bid on one of Auctions – doing so you’ll get additional 2AVPs each day – for turning your EZ and PB tab from red to green – instead of just 12AVPs which you usually collect when you do not spend any TCs during the day)
7. 10AVPs (There are usually two Spin & Win during the month hiding somewhere in our monthly newsletters - find them and earn at least 2x5AVPs)
8. 100AVPs - for support of one personally sponsored EA2

In TOTAL (so far) you have:
1.500 les Versa Points & 867 Action Versa Points

So for confirming your BTL Status you should obtain additional: 500SVPs and 133AVPs
- 500 Sales Versa Points would be easy to earn through your MRPs – Member Reward Points (you should have at least 630 MRPs to do the following: buy 1TC – pay it with 126MRPs and get 102SVPs – repeat this for 5 times and you’ll have in total additional 510SVPs (and 5TCredits)
- 133AVPs – now, this is a bit more difficult (if you really do not have more than 1 EA2 in your G1 – please DO work on supporting 2 more EA2 and you would get in total 300AVPs for supporting your 3 EA2 in your G1) - optionally you have the following possibilities to get missing 133AVPs and with some work & luck & maybe additional purchase of a TripleClicks product that you have never reviewed before you could combine one of the following:
1. 100AVPs for each approved/activated ECA (E-Commerce Associate) you refer to TripleClicks,
2. 25AVPs for TripleClicks product reviews,
3. 50AVPs (max) as Bonus points won from Card King,
4. 300AVPs points (max) through Gift Card Distribution,
5. 25, 50 or 100AVPs for submitting most popular Ask SC answer…

It is all in the To Do List. You will find Actions for Sales VP and Action VP.

To get 1000 action VP is to log in daily so that you collect 13 VP everyday which adds up to 91 VP per week and 390 VP a month.

WEEKLY AND MONTHLY ACTIONS: You get 30 Points per week when you write emails to your downline by using the Genealogy or PSA/CSA Mailer which equals 120 VP a month. Stream Posts tab is for reading and getting 1 VersaPoint but you also get up to 3 VP for posting something valuable for you downline to read so that will give you 12 VP Per Month.

Every month you get a total of 25 or 30 VP for the monthly actions such as Viewing your TConnect Page which gives you 5 VersaPoints and setting your goals for the month gives you 10 VP plus another 10 VP for submitting your rating toward your Sponsor, Co Sponsor and SFI so in total you get 25 VP monthly.

TRIPLECLICKS: Pick up 30 VP a month for viewing the latest products added in the last 7 days by clicking on the link in the Daily actions section of the TO DO LIST.

So now I. Will add up the VersaPoints accumulated so far and show you that from The Daily, Weekly, Monthly actions Plus TripleClicks you will get a total of 586 VP for the month.

How do you get the other 500 VP? The answer is in the TO DO LIST.

When you check out the list you will see The TripleClicks section and earn points for Eager Zebra Games, Auctions, Member Listing and Music Downloading. You also will earn VP from Giving out Gift Cards and rating products that you purchase.

So please go to the To do List and do the math.

Eager Zebra Games will give you a maximum of 300 VP a month and Auctions can give you up to 500 per month.

Giving out gift Cards gives you 10 VP per Card so that will give you about 300 monthly VP and 100 VP monthly if you list Items for Garage Sale at Triple Clicks and downloading your favorite songs.

Daily Grand: This is the Win It Tab so make sure you enter Daily because you can win as few as 10VP or as many as 200 VP. So make sure you get as many entries as possible because you have many chances to win.

SPIN & WIN: This is not in the to do list but you must always read the weekly news via email or online in the alerts tab so that you can Spin and get up to 1000 VP if you are lucky but if not then you get 5 VP which is better than nothing.

ASK SC: You get one VP for rating 10 answers and an additional daily Grand entry when rating 30 answers so use this to your advantage. You should also submit your own answers so that you can get 100 VP for most popular 50 for second runner up and 25 for 3rd most popular . So imagine the unlimited VP you can get from this.

Now that you read my answer please go to your to do list and check out all the actions listed and the points listed so that you can discover the endless possibilities for accumulating the highest VP every month. So do the math!

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

To go for BTL each month you need : 2000 Sales VP and 1000 Actions VP
The Standing Order of 2 x 100 TCrerdits cost $58 and give you 2400 Sales VP

This is how you can earn 1000 AVP

Now, the 200 Tcredits can be transform in 200 Actions VP and MRPs :
a) Use 120 TCredits in a simple auction = 600 MRPs (and try to win 300 TCredits for not more than $20 and use it in a DP auction)
b) Use 30 TCredits for games = 150 MRPs
c) Use 50 TCredits in a DP auction = 500 MRPs
d) It gives you a total of 1250 MRPs that you can use to buy 10 TCredits for 1084 MRPs. Or, you can keep it and accumulate to buy 30 Tripleclicks Gifts Cards for 4243 MRPs

Daily Actions (13 tabs + the latest Items at Tripleclicks) in a month = 14 x 30 = 420 VP
Weekly Actions (Genealogy Mailer and Stream) in a month = (20+3) x 4 = 92 VP
Monthly Actions (S.O., Sponsors Rating, Gaols by the 10th and TConnect page) = 100 + 10 + 5 + 5 = 120 VP
Now, the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions give 632 VP.

For the Actions VP, we have a total of 842 (with the 10 TCredits that you bought with MRPs)
The 30 Tripleclicks Gifts Cards gives 100 Sales VP and 300 Actions VP for the price of $29.70
Let assume that you do not win the auction, then 16 Gifts Cards will be use to achieve the rank of BTL. But if you win the auction of 300 TCredits, you don’t need to use the half (or even none) of your Gifts Cards and keep it for next month.
That’s how you can keep your rank of BTL every month.

To conclude, you can spend less than $100 each month for your first 12 months at SFI (assuming that after one year, you can find 5 or 10 PSAs who will understand the SFI business and catch fire. Then you will now use you Direct Commissions to buy your products)

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

There are many ways to do this and some just Spin & Win 1000 AVP! Nonetheless, you can simply plan to earn those 1000 AVP from building a network of active affiliates. Just because you don't have active members now, doesn't mean that you can't get them. Don't sell yourself short. Beef up your marketing strategy and sponsor about 100 PSAs. Of those 10 are likely to become EA. Depending on the quality of your PSAs it is easy for new members to make BTL because of all the training AVP. Then your are awarded the 100 AVP for TL support in the same month that you sponsored them plus another 100 AVP.

Likewise, you may consider sponsoring ECAs. Every approved ECA nets you 100 AVP. Promote your ECA gateway everywhere you can and you are likely to gain 10 so that you will have 1000 AVP. Moreover, you could do a combination transfer buy that nets you SVP and AVP. For example you could make small purchases from ECAs before the 15th of the month so that you will be able to rate each of them before the end of the month. For less than 120 bucks you could transfer buy 40 items for 40 reviews that would give you 1000 AVP!

Finally, one of my favorite ways to get AVP is ASK SC! Become a top author and get anywhere from 25 to 100 AVP per entry. There are about 30 entries available each month. Follow good writing practice and proofreading skills and voila you could get that 1000 AVP from just 10 answers and I've seen this done. Find a combination that fits your goals and budget and go for it.

Hello there, attaining BTL is my goal every month as well. This is what I do to achieve my BTL status every month.

Your Daily actions can provide you with 15VP, which is 450VP for a 30 day month.

Weekly actions provide you 20VP/ week, that is 80VP and 83VP if you submit 3 messages via the Stream.

The monthly actions provide you 20VP.

So, in total, that is 550VP. Now, we are going off of a 30 day month, this means that we will need an additional 450VP. The way I approach the needed VP to gain my BTL is taking the needed amount divided by the number of days in the month. In this case it ends up being 15VP per day. I gain the 15VP per day by bidding on PriceBender Auctions. You could also participate in the EZ games to gain your needed VP.

As I go along in the month, I also submit answers in ASKSC, in the hopes that I am able to rate in the top 20 answers to gain the VP from this as well.

Keep it simple build a team! That is the question then ...how do I build a team? You have to either buy your team from Tripleclicks, play the auctions or advertise everywhere using SFI marketing tools and anyone of your free website links with your personal ID. Talk to everyone you meet or know about how great this business is, have local recruiting meetings to get people to join. Let them see how the rewards are always positive and it's a great family to belong to because of all the positive results that happen here.

If you become focused and goal orientated for this result, then if the people are coming in before you know it you are achieving Bronze or beyond status! Then wow look at your income this will also be a reflection of this focus that you are having. Team building has always been my focus for getting to earning residual income, the ranks are a bonus but keep your eye always one the big picture.

Today is just eleven days in December and I have more than 1000VP. I am already BTL in this month. I have members, but none of them aren't EA2 and I have not points from them.
I collect points from:

- Daily actions
- Weekly actions
- Monthly actions
- Read every news and find spin&win ( you can get 5-1000VP) and we have 1-3 spin&win per month
- When I play games or auctions ( I collect MRP's and buy 1TC for that I get 102VP) and every bid ( or consumable TC give us 1VP) U can get on auctions 600VP

If you a newbie:

Complete your "Getting Started" items with the jets next to them your first 24 hours, plus your "Daily Actions 16-20 VPs a day, plus "Launchpad Lessons" 15 VPs each, and as many Immediate actions as necessary to add up to 500 to become a "Fast Track Member".

If possible financially about, Purchase the "New Member Package" another 500 VPs and a future bonus 250 VP upon making EA2 and many other bonuses. SFI Affiliate who recruited you if able, will send you a $20.00 gift certificate for the purchase.

Refer atleast five or more "ECAs" with a minimum of $10.00 in purchases which will get you 500 VPs or more This is a great tip to give to your new SFI Affiliates.

Refer as many Triple Click Members as needed for 100 each. Five gets you 500.

If you are into your 2nd month or further, refer 10 or more ECA's with a minimum of $10.00 purchases per month or Affiliates a month.

The Break down for each is..

Daily Actions 15 to 20 VPs a day. 300-600 per month.

New Member Kit 500 VPs Plus 250 VP upon making EA2.

Once you become EA2, "Weekly actions" for Team Leader is 20 VPs each week 80 total per month. Three VPs per week for the "Steam", total of 12 per month. Grand Total of 92 Vps monthly.

After you become EA2, which can be rather easy in the first month, you receive 2 CSAs. Once one or both of them become EA2 whatever VPs they accumulate you accumulate.

You can, also, utilize the PPA program. PPA help recruit Affiliates. Even though you do not get any of the Affiliates you can earn $10.00 per qualified Affiliate who complete their profile, whitelist, and registration.
