The way I see it, "working hard" is about doing a daily grind in order to get all your VersaPoint-related tasks done and to get all your advertising placed. "Working smart," by comparison involves automating what processes you can and arranging similar tasks on a daily basis so you can do them quickly and easily. Your methods of "working smart" willl depend on your overall strategy--someone working on a blog as a primary mode of promotion will have a different approach from someone who uses paid services to automate traffic and arrange sign-ups, for example.
