Before you can build a team where everyone knows that they are valued members and are part of something special, you must feel that YOU are a valued member of SFI and know that as an affiliate of SFI that You are part of something special. Thanks to my awesome sponsor, I do know that I am valued and appreciated but what happens if you don't have a good sponsor or co sponsor? Then it may be harder but you are still a valued affiliate of a great company. How many other company leaders check the Forum or really cares what the members are concerned about and are willing to answer your questions? When you became an affiliate, there was no charge for the lessons to teach you everything that you needed to know to start your own business and then you can take advantage of the free tools and resources to make your business a success! Are you feeling special yet?
There are so many ways that SFI shows us that we as affiliates are important to them and so many ways that we in return can show our own team members that they are valued by us as leaders. I really do think that as an affiliate of SFI that I am part of something special.
