This is an excellent question and of great importance. Team communication is very important if not the most important link in the functioning of a team. It does not matter if someone knows how to write messages to their members or not. It is important that these messages write from the heart and be maximally honest and friendly. I have with my members excellent communication, but not because I might know to write a message. I try to members realize that we are the team, everyone is equal, all friends and all honest with each other.
