While you are building your SFI and TripleClicks business you may come across a “job fair” - This is where companies will come and share what they have to offer and have job applications available for those who are interested in their company.

Before you buy into a “space, table or booth” at a job fair make sure that the one who is in charge of the job fair will allow you to set up there. I have been to a few job fairs and in bold print there were signs that stated “No Affiliate Marketing allowed.”

As far as putting a kiosk in a business area I must state that you might have to get permission from the county court system which will have information on setting something up like that in their city. Some townships will charge you a fee for so many days and issue you a permit that you would have to have on display while your kiosk is open.

I do not know how it is in the different countries but that is how it is here in the United States. When you set up something like that you must first acquire the permission pay for permits and other such things.

I have gone to owners of “flea markets” and have been able to purchase a booth or a table depending on how much I wanted to spend. (Booth is more professional and privet).

I have also gone to “crafts” fair where people come and sell homemade items. They don’t seem to be bothered about allowing someone bringing in a booth for a Home Business. I have done well in such events (In the past).

It is best to have a lap-top so you can share SFI live with your prospects. Bring lots of cards for TripleClicks, SFI and Gift Cards. Hand them out to as many people as you can.

You will want to go early to such an event and browse other tables and booths – I have picked up many a referral doing that. If you’re nice about it they may even allow you to place business cards on their table if you allow them to place theirs on your table.

One very important part is to try and set things up so your kiosk or table is unique and stands out from all the others.

Stay positive – some days are dead slow and sometimes you will be swamped - In any event be prepared and enjoy the adventure.

It is so interesting that you ask this question. My hometown has a rather large fair every year and I was just thinking that I should try and make a presence at next year's fair.

So now, rather than just providing an answer I will simply share some of the brainstorming that I was having the other day. And then I will look to see what your responses are so I can consider them as I consider my plan.

My vision/thoughts were:

1. Definitely have a laptop ... or several laptops available, so people could sign up right there
2. Create a loop presentation advertising SFI with their landing pages (entrepreneur and pricebenders are the ones they have at present I believe)
3. Set up a table with a few samples of TripleClicks products - and then direct them to purchase online ... (saves them from having to carry the product around with them all around the fairgrounds)
4. Have handouts present with all the marketing tools that SFI offers so people have something to walk away with in case they are not ready to make the commitment just then.
5. Have ECA information for those who have a product. I could also walk around and hand ECA information out to each entrepreneur there looking to sell their product. Maybe they would like an e-commerce channel to assist with their selling.

The fair in my hometown is a BIG deal and brings in a TON of people from all over New England (U.S.). I am thinking that this could be a HUGE earning potential (people come to the fair expecting to spend money after all) and that I could recruit some of my local team to participate in the event. The fair runs for 17 days straight presently.

There are alot of ideas of marketing SFI at a job fair as SFI has indeed made it easier for us.

First and formost, SFI has designed beautiful marketing aids that can aid us attracting our existing customers as well as prospects. It now is dependent on the kind of people we are trying to attract and for what purposes.

For SFI affiliates, Tripleclicks is our online shop where when sales are achieved, we all can partake of the tripleclicks executive pool. For us now to market SFI at a job fair or in a business area, we must:-

1. Dress Professionally and be Smart. There is the saying that you are addressed by the way you are dressed. Dressing up Professionally would attract the right kind of people that are business minded and goal oriented.That in mind, we can either dress up with a Suit or Polo Shirt (with tripleclicks brand or logo on it). This is a marketing stragedy as you are advertising Tripleclicks. You are also seen a Representative of Tripleclicks.

2. Also, we would need to display some TripleClicks products. For instance, some Health Products or Cleaning Products. Displaying these products, we inform prospects about the products and its benefits.

3. Also, at your kiosk, you must have flyers that you can give to your prospects with the company's website, contact details and affiliate link. Having this in mind, with your affiliate link, any sales on tripleclciks would be accredited to you.

4. Also, we would give out our complimentary cards(X cards) to prospects. This makes it Professionally and prospect would have in mind that it is a genuine business and not something fraudulent as all would be displayed on the card.

5. Another way of marketing SFI at a job fair is via the word of mouth. Usually, if one is confident with the I can do mentality, postive thinker, it would be easier to attract these prospect as you would be able to guide them accordingly.

6. Also, SFI has designed beautiful marketing aids that one can use to attract ECAs, UBER Games, Price bender auctions, as well as PrivacyMaxx (especially for US residents).

In summary, there are loads of ideas one can use at a job fair or at your kiosk in a business area as you tend to attract prospects which is dependent on individual taste and preference.

"Face-to-Face selling and marketing" is a people's skills. It all depends on how you present yourself, the first impression people have about you, your skills in probing and closing on the spot.

Marketing SFI at Job Fairs or with free-standing kiosks in business areas requires the same skills as "Face-to-Face selling and marketing". Besides any other tools you will have at hand, your people's skills will be your most important success factor.

Your first step is to develop the sales techniques appropriate for such circumstances. There is abundant material available on the topic. I just run a quick online search. It yielded interesting results with blogs and articles that may be very helpful in devising a strategy to increase your potential of success. I also suggest that you visit your local library, see what may be available in getting you more knowledgeable about 'Face-to-Face sales and marketing"

The next step is when you are ready to get into action.

I would recommend that you have at hand as many of the "beginners marketing aids" as you can.

When attending job fairs, it would be helpful to keep in mind that most of the prospects are there in search of regular interviews for salaried positions. They are not necessarily open to listening to presentations for self employment, which is what SFI is offering. You should have prepared a strategy to turn the situation to your advantage. A Powerpoint presentation on the superiority of self-employment versus today's instability of salaried employment would be highly appropriate. You may want to have a laptop screen open to that slide and ready to discuss it with prospects

It would also help to have a second laptop open to the SFI website to give to your prospects the opportunity to navigate throughout the site and enroll those who may find attractive the idea to join.

How to promote your SFI business at a job fair?

- Find out more information about the job fair’s target audience to make sure you have better chances of signing up qualified prospects for your SFI business.

- Your booth location matters. Pay attention to where your booth is placed; choose a location between two other great companies so that you’ll get higher booth traffic.

- Announce in advance that you are exhibiting at a particular job fair. You can use Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and your blog to spread the word so that you attract as many potential prospects as possible.

- A great idea of attracting people at job fair is by organizing a draw. Collect people’s business cards or get them to fill in their contact information on your form and give out prizes such as TC Gift Cards in regular periods. Remember that you’re representing your SFI business and you should be very knowledgeable in everything about SFI.

- You should be presentable, informative and enthusiastic. You should focus on your conversation by switching off your mobile phones.

What are some ideas for marketing SFI at a job fair or free-standing kiosk in a business area?

I have considerable experience in running a sales booth at a Trade Fair. But those have been for physical products from my own business (for instance a clothing manufacturing business). It’s a lot of work. You need to set yourself up properly with an attractive “shop front”, display area and have stock and sales materials readily available.

These booths also are quite expensive. You have to pay a fee which is based on the size of the booth, it’s location within the job fair building, and the type of facilities you need (power, lighting, internet connection, mobile and/or landline telephone connection, EFTPOS/Credit card payment system etc).

SFI is an internet business. To successfully market SFI I believe it is essential that you have broadband access to the internet and a computer with a large display screen. In my case, I would use my 27 inch Apple Mac desktop computer.

You would then be able to run a series of seminars to small groups of people throughout the day. I would suggest no more than five people at a time. You will need to take bookings.

And it would be even better if you could offer “one on one” seminars. In that way you could really focus on the needs/desires/interests of just one person and hence you would have more chance “wetting their appetite” for SFI.

Of course I would also show them that SFI can be conducted on a smartphone or tablet. But I do not suggest that you use your smartphone as your principal marketing device. No, but I would show them how all the functionality of the SFI and TripleClicks websites are available to you on a smartphone – so that you can “do business on the run”.

And I would show them how to access SFI on their laptop, tablet, and/or smartphone.

I think the best way to go is with a practical demonstration and to talk to them about your own experience with SFI. What you love about it and how you make it work for you. And I would encourage you to book a follow up meeting with them at their place as soon as possible afterwards.

I recommend doing this, if your budget allows you to. You will find it great fun and exhilarating. And you will find it a great learning experience.

While job fairs will attract hundreds of people looking for a job (first job, second income, better job, etc.), it is a bit risky setting up a table and pushing an affiliate, work at home business. You are investing time and money to be there, but your targeted market is not likely to be there? The ones being served by a job fair are there looking for a traditional job, with all of the drawbacks that we see i a job.

But if you can get their attention and make arrangements for future contact, then you havea chance to gain a convert.

Be fully prepared before you go to either a job fair or stake out an area in a business setting such as a shopping mall.Have total knowledge about your subject, SFI or TC.Have all the x-Cards, post-cards, brochures, a computer and a slid show if possible. Have a big banner, professionally made Be well groomed and wear clothing suitable for an office. Borrow the clothes if you don't have nice business clothing.

Make sure you have your reservation, that they understand what you will bw "selling", and that you have paid the required space fee.

You may be speaking with several groups of job seekers, those for heavy labor and factory, service providers, and lower level executives. Do not treat them the same, other than with respect, they have different expectations in their search for a new job. Many will not understand that you are not offering a job, but an opportunity for financial freedom.

Do not get stuck in a long discussion with one person. You will not want to spend all your time on one person while others wait a few moments and the go on to the next table. Instead say just enough to get his interest and make him need to hear more.Then get his contact information and ask if you could call and set up an appointment to discuss it further.

Do not forget that the people at the next tables are also listening and may be looking for what you offer. If you are at a flea market, craft show, or special inetrest meet, you will also want to carry marketing aids for iur ECA Program as all of the tables will be manned by sellers of goods.

I am very glad and eager to answer this question because This is my main source of PSA this time.

We are presently doing a bazaar in a mall for 6 months. We have a 2x2m. space inside the mall and we are selling RTW's.

When we started this Bazaar, I printed a thousand SFI business cards with my affiliate link. I put a small print ads at the corner of our Bazaar, the ads reads "FREE Guide to Internet Income" with arrow pointing to my pile of business cards. I am consuming 20 to 100 cards per day. And having 5 to 10 sign up daily.

This is just one idea of marketing SFI in a free standing kiosk like our Bazaar. But in case you do not have your own place. One thing you can do is talk to the owner of the kiosk and negotiate if you can put your small ads and box of business cards.

Aside from business cards you can also distribute flyers.

If you are holding a Kiosk in a job fair or a business area, you should consider the following points of prime importance.

1. Location of your Kiosk: Is it facing the crowd movement or a joint where people gather?

2. Presentation: Your kiosk should look professional. For this you should have various features of the business highlighted on background banners and / or standing banners manned by a person in SFI T Shirt and Cap with Fast Track Lapel pin or formal attire with Lapel Pin.

3. Take away Material: You should have SFI Letterheads and envelops with you. Print the details with regards to becoming an ECA; SFI profile; about wave 3 program; the plan etc with your URL on them.

4. Have a Contest: Collect the contact cards / details of each visitor and have an hourly contest; where you draw a winner by selecting a contact detail and award the winners Tripleclicks Gift Cards.

5. Get flyers printed highlighting the scope and ease of setting their business.

6. If the arena has arrangements for presentation to be run, do that. Have a professional presentation that states about the potential, security, ease of doing business, cost effectiveness and possible returns in SFI. If there is no specified area, run it on your laptop in the kiosk itself.

7. Try and register people who seem interested straight away but do not get swayed away by immediate sign-ups. Contact details collected can help you follow up with them.

All these measures taken correctly would help you get the best possible results.

Caution: Just don’t let your campaign look cheap with few line flyer distributions at the entrance or else where as most of the work from home business promotions do. Taking this point would ensure better quality for you rather than just quantity.

One idea would be to market SFI at a job fair for college students (especially students who are majoring in Business). The major career fairs will come after you've established yourself a bit more.

Get the necessary information you need (like phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) to talk to the administration at the local college campuses in your respective state or country and ask about setting up a kiosk at the next upcoming career fair during the semester. Order some X-cards (or purchase a pack of your own cards containing your very own prestige domain linking to your gateway), print up some flyers, and put together some visuals to show students (and even some professors and staff members) what SFI is all about.

For your visuals, you want to reel them in with facts and other information like TripleClicks, the perks of being an Executive Affiliate or higher, etc.; you pretty much want to drive the point home with your visuals.

Your flyers should be like a condensed version of your visuals--concise and to the point. Of course, you want to print up a flyer that will catch the eyes of potential prospects.

There are many more ideas you can think of to promote SFI; this one's merely a drop in the bucket.
