If he/she is complaining how he/she do not get much as he/she putting into... Probably he/she is doing just daily, weekly and etc tabs.
This job is not about just clicking on tabs and playing games, you got to have people surrounding you and make your team work like one.

SFI = INTERNET MARKETING

First here we invest only if we want it, and how we want. Must be aware that it is his decision no one that does not force. If you build a team and has other sources which deals must invest a minimum. Each stake in SFI returned several times. I'm doing this job for 2 years and I testify that. If you want to progress naturally to be invested, but if there is such a little fit.

I usually say to my new affiliates "it is not important how much you put into our business but how quality you do this business".
Tell them to make research where and how to invest in this business. Tell them to find their way to improve it. It doesn't mean that your way will be successful for them. Teach them how to find their own way of developing this business.

The answer would be teach him to lead by example.

If his affiliates use the same ways he do than he will get all his money back and nott only this,he will

get a lot more than his investment.

Each and everyone of us dedicates time to this business, with the expectation of a given result. Knowing that, you need to decipher what your downline has considered their breakeven point.

I personally give 100 percent, and expect 1 percent in return.
