We grow our SFI business by sponsoring affiliates and selling TripleClicks products and services. Hence, bringing in new affiliates is one of our main focus. If one has the opportunity, one should start sponsoring from day one. The best way to learn is by applying the guidelines and the tips right away.

Buying PSAs is one of the may options we have to grow our teams. The sooner we can do it, the better off we will be. It has several advantages:
- we start seeing our team grow in numbers;
- we send welcome letters and initiate communications with our team members;
- we start the weekly team mail and initiate a team dynamics with our affiliates;
- we explore the various communication tools such as e-cards, stream postings, leadership page management, while keeping an eye on our "Movers' tab;
- we learn how to interact with both the active and the non active affiliates.

All these tasks help us develop our leadership skills.

The idea of "buying PSAs" can be understood in several ways: buying the PSAs-to-go, buidding on PSAs Pricebenders auctions, or using the auction spin and win facility. Any of these will give us affiliates directly provided through TripleClicks Direct. This can be done safely. Many combine all the above options. The affiliates signed up will have closely related tracking codes (1101, 1103, 1104, 1105).

Another option is to "buy PSAs" through one of the many ECAs that offer packages of 'guaranteed sign-ups". This requires some homework: checking the ECAs' ratings and making sure that there is a potential of having good quality, real sign-ups.

For an effective sponsoring strategy, I would advise to go beyond merely "buying PSAs". The next step is to use the S-Builder Co-op. But the ultimate goal is to start our sponsoring efforts by advertising and marketing on the internet, beside taping on our warn markets of family, friends, acquaintances and businesses relationships.

The first 2 or 3 months on SFI is mostly for training such as learning the basics and accumulating your first 1500 VP by completing the getting started actions and the Launchpad lessons so during these three months you chould save up some money to have a Standing Order of 125 TCredits and then SBuilder because one share is only $22.00 a month and in the next few weeks or months PSA and TC members start flooding in. I cannot tell you how many shares but I recommend one share on the SO but if you can afford it then you could buy more shares as a one time purchase. Then with this you can buy the PSA to Go Special of $1.99 each sign up.

I personally suggest that you take your time to learn all you need to know about being an awesome sponsor and also how to do your own advertising before you start purchasing and also you have to take time to see the different ECA's that sell PSA and check out prices and also customer reviews before buying. Your budget is also very important because your weekly or monthly paycheck is important for your bills and other expenses so at this point in time I wouldn't buy any sign ups and instead I would suggest you make a plan after checking out the PSA packs sold in the TC store in order to know how much money to save for both SO and one time purchases.

The first thing you need to do after getting your first 1500 VP and becoming an EA2 the second month is to contact your upline starting with your sponsor and then co sponsor then the rest of your upline to see if they have an advertising coop here on SFI or another SFI coop that they created personally to see if they can add you and get sign ups which can save you money in the first months, you can also ask your sponsor if it is possible to reassign some PSA to you.

In short I recommend that you get started with SBuilder on maybe the 2nd or the 3rd month as a SO so that you can get sign ups because you are in the process of learning how to advertise and it will take time for you to learn and also for free advertising to get sign ups so SBuilder is an easy way. Then while I wait for this to give me sign ups I would purchase maybe 10 affiliates from PSA to go for $1.99 each.

Team building is the key to your growth and success of your business. It helps you set the duplication process which in turn expands the possibility of your earning potential.

In the above perspective, you would not want to wait any longer to start expanding your team.
Your team consists of PSAs, CSAs and PRMs.

Your team would grow consistently if you maintain your EA2 and above rank. As an EA2 you would receive 2 CSAs and as TL you receive share of second home CSAs that grows with your rank every month. This would ensure you improving your own knowledge while providing support to your team members.

As a beginner you should focus on ways and means to sign up PSAs from your known lobby of people. They are your friends and relatives.

Later, when you have started gaining the confidence to provide apt support to your team members and your focus is concentrated on further and fast growth of your business, you should start purchase of S-builder or from ECA providing PSAs, to get PSAs and consequently moving to your own advertisements to have more enrollments. This gradual and consistent upward movement would help you have better control over your business and you would be able to have a strong footing for your business.

If you can develop you own website, it can help you go miles using the marketing material from SFI itself. Here you would grow your team of PSAs without having directly investing in their purchase. This approach would last indefinitely and would not limit your team’s growth.

I will tell you my start in SFI almost two years ago... I very long time was on this site in the 1st month. I read a lot and tried to understand how you can earn money. I started buying new sign-ups after 1 month after my check. I did some mistakes, but I LEARNED to work with new partners from DIFFERENT countries.

So I suggest you start buying new sign-ups in 3-4 weeks after your registration in SFI. It would be enough to let you freely find all the necessary information on the SFI website. And most importantly - you will learn during this time with LAUNCHPAD and it will be good to understand the structure of this business and many of its nuances.

If I had unlimited wealth I would very likely start buying thousands of PSAs the moment I understood how to support them. This moment would also need to be at the same moment that I knew that I'd have lots of time to do a good job of supporting these PSAs.

In my quest to build and support my team, I may not necessarily spend my money on PSAs To Go, though, or only on PSAs To Go.

There are other ways to spend money to get PSAs besides buying PSAs To Go:

- S-Builder Co-op

- TCredits to use on bidding on auctions to try win PSAs

- TCredits to use on bidding on auctions to get one PSA through Bid & Build for every 10 to 100 bids I make (get to spin Bid & Build after every 10 bids, and win anything from 10% of a PSA to a full PSa with each spin)

- paid online marketing techniques

- paid offline marketing techniques

- paying somebody to build a superb website with very many Search Engine Optimized pages of content, on which SFI ad banners are displayed

If I had unlimited wealth, I'd spend quite a bit on each of the methods above, track my results, and then select just one or two of the best methods to spend the rest of my advertising budget on.

Of course one doesn't need to have unlimited wealth to start buying PSAs; one could also "buy" PSAs for free:

- If I've won TCredits in free ways, I can use those TCredits to purchase PSAs To Go, or S-Builder Co-op units, or marketing materials for offline marketing, or for bidding if trying to win PSAs or to get PSAs through Bid & Build.

- If I've won TCredits in free ways, I can save up the MRP I get for spending the TCredits, and use the MRP to purchase PSAs To Go, S-Builder Co-op units, or marketing materials for offline marketing.

When should you start buying PSAs?

a) as soon as you know you can offer them good support
b) as soon as you can afford to

If you can't sponsor PSAs on your own, it is a good idea to invest in the SBuilder or PSAs 2Go or even ECA sellers who sell PSAs. I favor the notion that you shouldn't invest money in PSAs when you know full well that you are not going to support them. Some people are looking for a 'set it and forget it' system to grow your business and of course buying PSAs is definitely not set and forget.

However you can set a standing order for 50 PSAs or so and you will add this number to your network on autopilot! This doesn't guarantee their activity or your success as everyone involved must earn versa points to achieve milestones. Duplication is not only necessary but mandatory.

So I recommend that you start buying PSAs as soon as possible. Why? We have multiple forms of support which include the forum which is available 24 hours per day! Any PSAs can ask a question on the forum and get an answer in a reasonable period of time. Sponsors live in different time zones so support my be delayed which doesn't help the new PSAs to get started quickly. Be ready to support your PSAs with all the resources you have and then if you can't answer a question then reach out to your other support lines.

You can buy them right away but I don't think you should do it until you can actually guide them.
Whether you recruit them or buy them, you have no guarantee that they will be active but not having the knowledge to guide them will almost certainly ensure you loose any chance you have of getting them active. Why would you invest money without giving yourself the best possible chance to get a return on your investment?

Base your decision on when to buy PSA's depending on how confident you are in your knowledge of the business.
Also do not buy 1 000 PSA/s immediately - you can not possibly pay them individual attention they need when they first start. Start small and build your team gradually. As for myself - I am happier getting 5 new PSA's at a time and concentrate on them. Once they are up and running you take in the next 5.

SFI is a fantastic Marketing company – I have been involved with many different marketing companies and SFI is the only one where the affiliates are able to purchase PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) from the results of the company’s mass advertising campaigns.

At the present time we can obtain some of these PSAs in four different ways.

1. S-Builder. Through S-Builder units we can have a share of the PSAs brought in during the following month. As a standing order the S-Builder unit is $20 USD and you can receive anywhere from 4 to 8 PSAs per unit of S-Builder purchased.

2. PSAs to go. With PSAs to go you can purchase packs of PSAs in amounts of 10 @ $39 USD, 20 @ $69 USD and 50 PSAs @ $139 USD. Or you can do as I do and that is have a standing order of S-Builder then purchase the PSAs to go on special price of only $1.99 USD each. This way 20 PSAs will only cost $39.80 USD a savings of over $29.00, which means you saved enough to pay for your S-Builder subscription!

3. You can win PSAs in the Pricebenders auctions. I have won a pack of 35 PSAs at a very low price compared to buying them through PSAs to go. Take caution when bidding it’s easy to go over your budget and also these auctions are popular and many people join in the challenge.

4. You can also gain PSAs by your bidding in any of the auctions offered through TripleClicks. Every time you place a bid in an auction you win one point for the Spin and Build program. When you choose to spend your points you can spin the wheel and gain anywhere from 10% up to 1 complete PSA. So every 10 bids you will be able to spin 10 times to gain a PSA or more.

The right time to get involved in purchasing PSAs would be as soon as you can afford to. I make it a priority to purchase up wards of 15 to 20 PSAs every month along with my own personal advertising. By doing this my team is growing faster than what I can do when I am only running my own ads.

By purchasing PSAs this way I also receive enough PSAs every month where I can re-assign some of them to the workers in my team.

I would not advocate that you buy PSAs especially at the start of your business but by all means, recruit at least 2/3 offline immediately you join. Go for family and friends first before you start spending money on prospective affiliates who may not give you the desired results.

Having said that you must also keep in mind where you are buying your PSAs from. There is no guarantee that they will perform as you expect them to. If you invest in buying PSAs at the start of your SFI business and in the event that they turn out to be less than active, you will become disappointed and discouraged. This can adversely affect your business and in a worst case scenario you may not want to continue at all. (This has happened to affiliates who are trying to earn money online and may not have the financial resources to continue)

Therefore it is best to recruit a few PSAs offline - talk to people - you come across many people in your day to day routine. Give yourself at least 3 months before you start buying PSAs. I am sure you will get at least one reliable active affiliate who will help you climb up in your business at a steady pace.

In the space of 3 months, you will have learnt the concept of your online business, how it is conducted, the compensation plan and what will help you earn. When you see that the 1 affiliate you registered offline is bringing in money for you, you will be encouraged to invest in buying PSAs from a reliable source. You will, by then have come across friends within SFI who can refer you to websites or ECAs who are resourceful enough to advertise on your behalf and generate PSAs for you.

This is how one can grow and succeed here.

In order to ensure that one remains successful continuously, its absolutely essential that one should keep recruiting PSAs regularly.

Such being the fact, the moment we become an EA, we should start looking for all opportunities to have fresh sign ups as our PSAs. There are so many ways and means to do it like:

1. FREE & Paid Ads. in Web sites;
2. Ads. in Social Media;
3. Dialog with Friends/Family Members/Colleagues & known people;

If you visit Marketing, you will understand the various Marketing Methods and the Marketing Aids created by SFI by which one can have opportunities for fresh sign ups.

This is one way of doing it. The other side, if Finance is not a big issue and if you are really prepared to have a long stint with SFI business, then it is BETTER that you start buying PSAs the moment you become an Executive Affiliate.

You can do it by:

1. Buying PSAs through PSAs to Go;
2. Taking Part in S-Builder Co-Op

A Standing Order for a reasonable amount of Unit will help in building your Team with more and more PSAs continuously. Once you have a strong and active Team, you can plan for more Purchase of PSAs.

Conclusion:

The moment you become an EA, please start building your Team with active PSAs by buying them from TripleClicks, keeping your financial status in mind.
