This is the best question for Team Leaders.

Information Overload occurs when we tend to miss an important points which connects to another important points. Just like a Formula in every mathematics exercise. It is a practice when one likes to jump to any levels of excitement interest without in following order.

To prevent and minimze information overload for our new affiliates, we as sponsors play an important role. SFI has provided all the resources to all infos and trainings,

Don't give your new PSA's/CSA's more information than they need.

When I first started getting excited about SFI I started sending out team mails far to often listing anything and everything about SFI.

I really believe too much information at the beginning should be avoided as none of those affiliates are active as of now. I personally believe that this is due partially by my overloading them with information.

Just give them the basics in your welcome message. Contact

Good question Darren.

In order to optimise the informations available for new affiliates we should ensure that they are guided step by step and not overloaded.

First of all get them to read the SFI Basics.Here affiliates will be explained on the various ways of earning income as listed below:
1. Accumulation of VersaPoints by doing the daily,weekly and monthly actions.
A complete list of pointable actions are listed in the SFI To-Do List.
2. Generation of

Hello!

I wondered the same thing not so long ago. But now I have a strategy. I made few e-mails with smaller pieces of information and I send it regularly to my team members if they don't have any questions at first and we're not online to chat. There is my strategy if I can call it like this:
* Day 1 - Versapoints and Tripleclicks /SFI basics/
* Day 2 - Gateways and promoting them
* Day 3 - SO and commissions
* Day 4 - T-currency and EZ games
* Day 5 - Importance

Question:
"How can we guide our new affiliates in a way that prevents or minimizes information overload?"

Good question. I would stick very close to the basics:

1) Log in and do the "Daily Tasks" https://www.sfimg.com/Home

2) Get "Started" learning how we earn: https://www.sfimg.com/start

3) Complete "SFI Basics": https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics

4) Complete "Launchpad": https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/

Remind

My answer to your question is to give them very basic information at first.

Make it clear it would be in their best interests to log in daily and earn their points as they can compete in the E365 and the Daily Grand. Remind them that the launchpad lessons and SFI basics also earn them points and appear on their home page to be referred to at any time they need to.

Tell them who you are and that you're there to help. If and when you win something whether it's a draw, a game,

Hi Darren,

Great question! So often I see affiliates not engage and when I send probing e-mails to try and learn why most often it is because they feel overwhelmed. So my answer here is simple ....

Keep it Simple.

Even though SFI does a GREAT job presenting information in an easy to understand format still new affiliates often need a little hand holding in the beginning. I send an e-mail with a link and direct them to one task. I then encourage them to e-mail

Actually, the best way to do this is to introduce them to SFI gradually.

What I mean is, while they are still your prospects, discuss with them about SFI. Perhaps have discussions on the fact that it is free. Or about the standing order. Or about the daily activities. Or about the selling and promoting.

And I don't mean pushing them to join. Rather, talk to them as if they are a sounding board and you want their opinion.

By the time they themselves get interested

Good day Darren,

Nice question and I would like to share my experiences and hope it works.

How i would help my PSAs on SFI without making them feel overwhelmed is by:-
1. Welcoming them to the team via team mail and telling them the importance of joining SFI.
2. Encourage them to go through SFI basis and Launchpad lessons.
3. Tell them to go through the launchpad lessons thoroughly and not just to earn the versa points attached to it.
4. Encourage them

I would suggest them to start with their daily tasks to get to know the site. Then i also send them to their to do list in explain that they can learn all about sfi and it's workings by step by step completing these and reading the articles, and finally i'll tell them to take a look at the fast track program to let them know how they can benefit the most by taking action right away.

Then when they have gone trough their to do list i'll send them to the launchpad lessons, and also offer
