Being an awesome sponsor has nothing to do with quantity but all with quality.
You can be an awesome sponsor even when you have only one PSA in your downline.
The fact someone is able to recruit a 1000 PSA's makes him/her a great enroller but not necessarily a great sponsor.
You can only be an awesome sponsor to those who are willing to learn from you, who are appreciating the attention you give them (through e-mails, chats and other ways of communication) and who are responsive.
When someone blocks your e-mail but you see there is still activity, assume they don't need your support ( at least not at the moment ). Maybe they will in the future, just be ready for them than.
Meanwhile, work with your workers in your down-line.

"Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?"
Maybe they have decides SFI is not for them and no longer wish to be contacted or maybe they prefer to 'go it alone'.If that is the case there is not much you can do and I would not suggest trying to contact them by other means i.e social media sites or telephone as you risk annoying them but If they havent closed their accounts there is a chance they may still look at the team mail so I would continue sending those. Make sure they contain useful tips and information,try to make them as inspirational as possible include any successes you have had and make it clear you are there to help.

Unfortunately there really isn't anything you can do to force anything other than keep sending emails and see what happens. Send internal SFI messages, use chat if they happen to be on.
Also revisit how you are sending messages that make people block you. Are you too aggressive? Too passive? If they are CSAs use the CSA exchange to try to get different CSAs who haven't blocked you. If a PSA no longer wants to be part of SFI there isn't much we can do :(

Yes, it happens in people who do not understand or will not understand this business. These are mostly people who have signed up just to see what this is all about, and on the shortcut concluded that this is not for them. They blocked your e-mail and that is reason enough not to waste the time or nerves to such people. You need to move on in search of those affiliates who will love this job and who will ask for your help or advice.

Please check your email and ask your self whether your messages are friendly, encouraging, caring, helpful and compassionate OR otherwise rather demanding, commanding, instructing and bossy. We are all "Human" at the same level. Be a leader with the people; for the people and not above the people. Before we change others we must first change and respect ourselves. If they still block or ignore your contact, there's very little you can do about that except reassign them to other affiliates of yours, where someone else may be able to reach those people. Keep in mind, though, that the ones that block you generally aren't going to be the ones reaching Executive Affiliate, and only those PSAs that reach Executive Affiliate and higher are the ones that contribute to your actual rating as a sponsor.

There really is nothing you can do for someone that has blocked your email. Obviously they either aren't interested in the business or don't need any help. I would recommend focusing on those affiliates who are showing an interest and who are at least doing some work periodically. It is good to let your affiliates know that you are there for them and all they have to do is ask. However, many of them will not respond to you and one of the best ways of finding out who is interested and who you should be working with is to ask them to send you a commitment letter. Those who are serious about the business will respond.
