To build a strong team, you should first make a plan, for a week and for a month. Try to learn at least one new thing daily, and try to incorporate it in your SFI routine. Advertise daily, using whole lot of media available. Change your ads, blogs and such to find the best combination of words and images. Contact your PSAs and CSAs weekly at least, support them and share your insights and tips. Try to learn from the best.

Motivation shoud be stimulated by your own example.We must teach them to duplicate the success of their sponsor. Log in daily SFI, to do daily to-do-list tasks, review all news,tips, send motivating mails to PASs,CSAs. Teach them how concretely advertise in different social media, promote TripleClicks goods resulting in sales.

In order to provide best tips to your PSAs or CSAs, it is of paramount importance that you get connected with them by any means as Communication is the Key to Success.



Here are some ways to get connected with them:

1. Through email ids.;

2. Through e-card messages;

3. Through PMs (Personal Messages);

4. Through Social Media Networks; and

5. Through phone calls etc,



Once the communication starts it becomes easy to guide, support and help your PSAs and CSAs. Now next important issue is to build a strong and motivated team of active members.



STRONG TEAM:



A strong team consists of self-motivated people, having urge to learn and also they need to be self-reliant as far as some investment is concerned to go EA2 from the second month onwards.



MOTIVATED TEAM



These are the real members who would require your best tips regularly to be active. You can direct them to https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=tips daily. You can advise them to read ‘Getting Started, SFI Basics and Launch Pad Lessons.



Do guide them to go EA as soon possible, then maintain as EA2 at least every month to retain their CSAs. Becoming Fast Track member within first 10 days would be an additional advantage.



They need to join as Wave3 program. Should advertise their gateways regularly on blogs, websites and social media network. Tell them to become Team Leaders to earn more. Also emphasise that “Leaders are Readers”. They should follow the “Rules of Success”.

My best tips would be the following:
1. Welcome them warmly to SFI and to my team.
2. communicate with them as much as possible.
3. Teach them about how the business runs and how well they can earn.
4. Teach them the fundamentals about the business. This deals with the rules that govern the business
5. Be an awesome sponsor to them by supporting them and helping them the best way i can.
6. Teach them on how to create sales through their SFI/TC gateways. any team member will be motivated to work when he.she sees results.
7. Teach on effective advertising and marketing techniques. This is the pillar in which very earning lies. The ability to market
8. Show them where the money is and how they can earn it and that too without investment. why i do this is because, many people join because of their financial situation and showing them where the money is and how they can get it can be a great motivating factor.
i have experienced this before with one of my team members. Showing them where the money is as made me to create active team members. It is very very effective.
9. Showing them what works and how SFI works does the magic too.
10. Giving encouraging and inspiring mails do motivate as well. Many are confronted with many inactive members and that can set up a discouraging mindset to them. we all know how these work., With these kind of motivating words/mails, one can create an effective and active team members

12. Identifying with their problems and helping them find solutions can also do the trick. They will know that you are a caring leader
