Besides sending weekly Newsletter?

Well, to share with you some facts and tips to success here in SFI.
We do need to communicate daily..

Be close with our team. Understand them and share discussions together, individually or in groups.
It is through that Communication which will develop as one strong business relations.

We need a group's commitment. To Success, we need the whole team to move together.
It is impossible to claim our own success, alone to the top and alone at the top.

Make use of Stream to broadcast any important reminders or highlights, updates, recognition and team motivation.

SFI has lots of communication channels for us to make good use of..

Forums are one example to be explore. Lots of our Senior Team Leaders are here to share the warmth of a family relations and more tips on good Leadership management.

The SFIIM Chat are a great tools to be use to reach any affiliates, discussing in more personal support.

Weekly Newsletter are great to reach to the many unactives in our team. It can be written in full and long details, motivation and inspiration to poke them from their silence. Guides for them to get started again or sharing our team's progressness..

Anyway, much have been shared here.. You pick your right choice that suits..

Hi. One of the things I do is to go to Genealogy on a daily basis and check VP totals. I then go to individual Affiliate VP Ledgers to see where they might not be scoring points. Then I send Tip E Cards to help and encourage them to complete those tasks they are missing out. In between weekly newsletters I send encouraging quotes and quick tips on daily specials, good auction items etc.

Also try to connect on Facebook, Twitter etc so they can get hold of you easily for quick questions and answers. Be seen to be trying to help as much as possible - become their friend!

Here are some of my tips and Hope it helps:

Generally speaking, If you lead people, manage tasks and facilitate decisions you will be on the right track.

Set an Example-
What the Leader does,says and how they provide is what the rest of the team will follow. It's up to the leaders to set the goals and tactics.
If he or she doesn't get the basic right; establishing and consistencies, motivating and supporting team members- it will be very difficult to create an effective team.

Leadership-
One winning strategy in good leadership is to recognized individual styles within the team. And then play to the strengths and capacities of the individuals.
Like being Cooperative, Supportive, Dependable and Helpful.

Communication-
Communicate regularly to unify your team. Sending E-mail, E-Card and many more. Let them know little by little about everything you've learned from SFI Training Tools, Articles, Launchpad etc.

Motivation-
Create a fun goal oriented culture that both encourages friendly and rewarded , keeping them motivated is the key to any business's success.

Find the balance between aggressive and realistic goals by setting and holding your team accountable for regularly reporting on their progress. To Log-in everyday and read helpful Tips

Sharing of responsibility building confidence in reaching goals.

Invest in sponsorship. Set a monthly goal sponsoring affiliates; it consistently. I used a method of investing back your monthly SFI commission in sponsoring and giving incentives / rewards of my companions. So, sponsoring and duplication go hand in hand.

Become a Team Leader and begin to build a team of affiliates who are passionate about helping one another. Build strong relationships within your team by showing its unconditional support to help them move up. It will include a consistent communication with them, in the form of messages of support, reaching out to those affiliates who sign up consistently, but may lack the necessary VersaPoints to achieve Executive Affiliate level of their inquiry. How can I help you? .

If your team is built on solid foundations, then your success in duplicating itself is inevitable. Imagine that a team of affiliates who are passionate in logging in daily, participating in SFI Forum, ASK SC, Pricebender auction and all that SFI has to offer in creating income streams. How many corresponding shares TripleClicks Executive Pool each month for each branch under you through 12 generations, and each of our chemical safety assessment also will generate for you? How much income will be generated in a month?

That'll create a main stream of monthly income and achieve your goal of financial freedom.

SFI gives us many tips on how to be an awesome sponsor. I am not going to give you links to go and read but I will suggest you go and look at them anyway.

Your newsletter is very important. You can use it to train your affiliates and you can use it to motivate and inspire. It is also a good place to tell them about all the fabulous new things at SFI because they might've missed the official newsletters.

You also have to keep an eye open for opportunities to send personal mails or e-cards. It basically boils down to you caring about your team and taking time to make them see that they actually matter to you.

Leading by example is also a good thing. Put your money where your mouth is - do not expect them to do something you are not willing to do.

If you do your best it will be good enough.

My dear Affiliates, SFI provides an array of marketing 'tools' to help you to build a successful team. Send them letters to compliment them whenever you read that they were awarded some prizes by SFI like winning the TripleClicks T-Time Winner, The Daily Grand Draw,etc, then there banners available to congratulate them. Encourage and motivate them from time to time by sharing with them on how other people overcame their odds by reading The Forum. Form a team of your PSAs , give your team a name like "The Emeralds Team" and that all of the the team members are 'unpolished' emeralds and we have work together as a team to 'polish' each other by motivating and encouraging one another! Use the the Skype to do video conferencing to give them a talk and help each other solve their issues in SFI. I hope that these few tips will help you.

There is many ways for leading and managing your SFI team. At first you have option to do CO-OP, giving new PSAa to your active team members. Than you have options to reasign some active members to your future or current Taem Leaders. You can sending Gift Cetificate or TCredits as a help to your members, send them Extand FT if they are still not FT member, if they are persistant you can and should sent them DDiamont invitation etc.
And the most important and stronger way is to talk with your members at daily base, ask them it they need assistance, did they learn everything important for work,talk with them as Leader,not like boss.

Weekly Newsletters are great for general information, tips, etc.. Using information from each PSA's profile page you can hone in on strengths and weaknesses of each member, and in a tactful manner approach each person through ECard or Email and bring up the subject of concern or interest.

Be sure that you start and end each conversation on a positive note, and spotlight yourself as a support system and not a boss.

The best managers will be seen as a lifeline to the PSA.
