The weekly newsletters are just that, letters that go out to the whole team and broadcast the new happenings at SFI and TC. They may also have some training, some tips, and other things. They usually aren't very personal.

In between these letters, you want to focus on your individual affiliates: who is not doing which of the daily actions. Why? Ca you help them? How about the slow recruiters? Does someone need a few re-assignees to write to and earn his weekly VP? Does anyone need help advertising? Get personal with these affiliates. Write them notes using e-Cards, or chat, or e-mail. Build the relationship, teach duplication, show them how to leverage their time, money and resources in order .

Help them love working on their SFI business .
