If you have only one hour a day to spend on SFI, it would help if you had patience, or a fair amount of money to spend.

I am assuming that your daily hour includes things done off the SFI or TripleClicks sites, like marketing, which would be all the more essential if you have only an hour a day to spend on anything related to SFI.

I think you should split your activities up. Do some things only on certain days of the week. This would make each of the many important things related to your SFI business more powerful and effective (than if you spent only barely a few minutes on them every day).

EVERY DAY

- Daily Actions in your To Do list
- 2 x T-Time entries (your hour could be from 10.30 am to 11.30 am for example)
- 1 free Eager Zebra game
- welcome any new affiliates
- respond to any questions from your affiliates

THE REST OF THE TIME EACH DAY

Day 1
- weekly tasks - once a month include monthly tasks
- reading and learning, perhaps some participation in the forum

Day 2
- marketing

Day 3
- reassignments
- sending those you reassigned a team mail, including tips
- sending those who received the reassignments a tips ecard

Day 4
- marketing

Day 5
- reading and learning, perhaps some participation in the forum

Day 6
- marketing

Day 7
- marketing
- planning the week ahead

If I had just 1 hour to spend daily on SFI, I will ensure
1. I log in to do my daily tasks which entails the tabs highlighted in Red.
2. Once I have viewed all tabs highlighted in red, I will view the latest items added on Tripleclicks within the last 72 hrs.
3. Participate in the Price bender Auctions.
4. Play Eager Zebra games
5. Send mails to my team.
6. Send stream post with good ideas.
7. Rate ASKSc additional 20 answers to get an additional Daily Grand entry.
8. Read the latest news on SFI.
9. Read answers pertaining to questions asked both in the Forum and ASKSc.
10. Copy my URL on Tripleclicks products and place on my blogs.
11. Use my URL and post on free and paid advertisement.
12. Respond to my CSAs/PSAs mails on questions they may have and offering my assistance in any.
13. Beginning of every month, I ensure I do my monthly tasks.

1 hour a day is not very much time so you need to understand that your growth may be a little slower than many others,

A. To-Do-List is a must. Start with that.
B. Advertise
C. Study training materials, and communicate with Team.

It's difficult to designate exact times for each action, but 20 minutes set aside for each of these 3 tasks is a good starting point.

Your daily hour can be spent building your downline by advertising for PSA, PRMs and helping new dowline members work their business. This will give you the success you need for your business as the daily versa points can simply come from the activities of those you have developed. In short you must log onto SFI, check your movers and also check your messages for any downline members requiring your attetion and help them out.

This way you can spend your 1 hour as fruitfully as someone doing every action daily for a number of hours.

If you only have an hour a day, that gives you about half an hour to spend on your daily, weekly, and monthly actions and the rest to promote your links, whether for recruitment or TripleClicks. Your actual method of this is going to vary, obviously. For example, bloggers will be doing this differently from those who prefer more direct social networking. Additionally, some people prefer to divide up the types of tasks they do from day to day, using Monday for recruiting, Tuesday for TripleClicks promotions, Wednesday for ECA-related tasks, and so on. Find your own pace and organize your tasks in ways that make sense for you.

Hi Mary,
I am sure many of us are pushed for time, and in the one hour I usually have -
this is what I do:
(1) First I go to the WIN IT tab, and try for the T-time prize.
and return there - at the end of my hour for another 'attempt'. !

(2) Then I move to 'MOVERS tab', to see how many of my 'PSA's or CSA's are active,
and if any on line at the same time as me.
2.1. If any of my downline, active, I make sure that I send them a 'E-card' telling
them I am here to help them, or congratulate them if they doing well...

(3) Then I move to GROWTH tab'. (ensuring I congratulate those that deserve it).

(4) My next move is to go to the ALERTS tab... and read all the new alerts, to secure the VAP, and if anything catches my eye on 'other NEWS', I click, and move into the FORUM chat on something that interests me.

(5) I work through all the TABS, and stop awhile to play the Card King game, or the
Gold Streak game - depending on how many TCredits I have.
Invariably I end up with one of the 'longest streaks' and earn a few MRPs, or even VAPs.
Bearing in mind, I want at least 15 to 17 VAPs daily.

(6) I spend a short while going through the TCredit auctions and checking out anything that I would like to 'bid' on- but ensure if I do, its Double Points.

(7) I also check out the 'latest products' on offer - to see if there is anything that I really NEED.
(not want). A pity that our local currency is so weak against the USD, as invariably the shipping costs make the product too expensive, compared to local market prices.

One day per week you have to take extra time to perform your weekly actions and to scrutiny your top movers list and genealogy….to see where you could give individual help to affiliates that do not ask for help, but you can get the idea that they are not making progress.

I would use my one hour in the following way:

1. Perform my daily tasks
2. Use some time to check out PriceBender auctions, and at least place one bid.
3. Play Eager Zebra games, and make sure you get + 20 VersaPoints for the day (to give you an additional entry in the Daily Grand for the following day)
4. You should still have time left to check more interesting posts on Forum / work on advertising / communicate with your top movers or encourage an a2a friend.


It is not “how much” time we spend in SFI. It is all about “how we spend our time”, and how we prioritise.

If necessary, have yourself a refresher course by reviewing your Launchpad lessons and reading the articles SFI offers. Quiz yourself a bit. Try reading one article or lesson per day after you've finished with everything else. If you like, take notes on these articles and lessons, and study these notes during your offline time. You will have spent that hour scoring your VersaPoints and strengthening your memory on how to build a successful business.

If you can place just one ad per day, you will be doing much good to yourself. This is because this is the best way that you grow your business. Remember that in any business, you are the one to determine how successful the business will be . In SFI, you are your own boss.

There are lots of funs in SFI – games, auction, etc. Try playing all the SFI games. By doing so you will understand them better and also be able to explain the various games to prospects, how they can play them, and the benefits of playing them.
