You could promote the sales on your Leadership page to your team. Also could email through your email system or to SFI email system to your team to keep the communication open and still promote products off tripleclicks.

Every little things you do will help your team. Sometime passing information to them by promoting the sales of tripleclicks products could give them information about the products that is good to promote to others.
