Hello Romeo.

Yes if they are inactive and don't speak your language. The reason they are inactive could be because you are unable to communicate with them effectively, so putting them into the exchange could be of help to them. I prefer to see the exchange as a way of helping others rather then a way to get better more active CSAs for myself - if they have a sponsor from their own country they may be encouraged to learn more about SFI and become successful. The more successful people in

I think you should if it's hard to communicate with them.
Language and cultural differences can be an obstacle. If because of that you are not able to help them the best way you can, you should give them the chance to get new co-sponsor.
And you should give yourself a chance to get new, more active, CSAs.

I think CSA Exchange is one of the best improvements which occurred lately. It's a win situation for every person involved, and a great chance to make your team stronger.

Yes, absolutely! The new CSA exchange is a very good way to help all affiliates in SFI build stronger teams.

If there are more CSAs with co-sponsors from their own countries it will make communication easier.

Co-sponsors will be able to communicate and teach in the CSA’s own language, making it easier for new affiliates (or even ones who have been inactive because of language barriers) to build their SFI business.

So go ahead, add your CSAs to the exchange program

Yes you should. The reason for CSA exchange is to match up co-sponsors and CSAs by country which has been shown to increase activity in CSAs due to better communications and compatibility.
Some people like working with others who understand their culture and speak their language.

Exchanging your CSAs that live in other countries and speak other language for CSAs that live in your country and speak your language will greatly increase the chances of awaking sleeping affiliates and

Ans: Yes.This will help increase activity in the CSAs.Most CSAs fail to be active because of some reasons;
1.language-When they can get a person of their own native language, these affiliates will be free to ask any question that they might have and their Co sponsor can help them.
2.It easier to work with a person you can understand his/her language than the person you don't. We dind that language and cultural barriesrs are removed. These people will be free to each other.Like for me,my com

This is a good question and i would say YES or No based on the following

Yes you should put your CSA from other countries to the new CSA exchange pool. This will be for those CSA that you are not able to communicate well with them thus being unable to assist them in their business.
This will give you an opportunity to get CSA from your country that you can be able to communicate well with thus growing both your business and theirs to.

No if you are able to communicate well

Yes, you should place inactive CSA from countries which language you don't know into exchange. This way you give them the chance to become more active when people, who know their language speak and explain to them. When I placed my 77 CSA in exchange pool and received new ones that speak similar to my mother's tongue I found out that people became more active. This is because when I send my team mail I translate it on my own in my native language and in English.
You shouldn't put your active

I have to tell you, yes and no.

CSA Exchange is intended to awaken the sleeping co-sponsored affiliates assigned to you. This hope stems from the idea that people with the same nationality, language, culture and practices tend to interact with each other easily in online activities. They understand each other and so it would be easier for a co-sponsor from the same country to help his/her countrymen under his/her team. Presumably, those inactive CSAs of yours may become active if they

At first I didn't think that I would want to give up any of my CSA, however after I examined each of the CSA that was up for exchange, I changed my mind.

I looked at when I received each CSA. If I had been emailing them for 5-6 months and had not gotten any kind of response or even a log in. I decided to exchange them, not because I was ditching them. I exchanged them so that maybe someone who knew their costumes and language.

This would also give the new CSA a 5-6 months

The answer to your question is going to be a matter of personal opinion. For what is the PURPOSE that YOU might consider exchanging?

(A) To gain new members that speak your language
(B) To gain members that understand your culture
(C) To gain members that may have never been contacted
